All of my editing requests were carefully heard and efficiently implemented by Sally. The preview is stunning! I appreciate all your assistance with this fantastic Christmas present. Many blessings and thank you!

Loved the product, but the delivery process was a bit confusing. The postal service tracking showed one thing, while we kept getting email notifications about delivery failures—even though the package hadn’t reached the post office yet. It gave us a few stressful days trying to track it down. That said, everything else was great! The product design, customization process, and overall quality were excellent. Looking forward to ordering again—hopefully with smoother delivery next time!

Sally from customer service was well helpful!

I had an issue with the delivery of my purchase. I was notified it was delivered, but it wasn’t. I used the link provided for service and emailed for help in tracking. Sally, the representative who responded was very helpful and polite in her response. She followed up with an explanation, and I received the item within a couple of days. Thank You Sally! The downside to my purchase was the length of time it took to actually receive it. From here on I’ll use a company in the US

What a cute invention! I love what the company does! I ordered 6 of these as xmas gifts for young kids and grown adult kids alike! I love the idea of the product, the prices were reasonable (the sale price I found affordable but their regular prices I might not have purchased so many), and once we received our product and watched our kids put it together - I am even more convinced I love this product! The quality is good and the details were done so well to match the pictures. Quite impressive! And the QR code for assembly instructions led us to the easiest and more clear instructions I have ever seen! It is interactive so you can rotate the 3D images of the pieces around so you can see exactly which piece connects to which. Very clear! But even more impressive than the product was the customer service! I was amazed with how detailed and concise they are with every little tiny thing. And they are happy to work with you to get the product exactly how you want it. I had submitted a picture with two people even though I only wanted one person for the brick. They emailed me directly asking which person and sent color swatches to make sure they were getting the color correct. I had other pictures I sent in with team logos and other specific details on the clothing items and they replicated it to a tee! I am extremely happy with the product and the customer service was impeccable!
