Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. They sent my order and it was just a bunch of random pieces and all the wrong colours. I even paid extra to have it customised and reviewed it and none of it matches and they won’t give my money back. Watch out for the bots giving them anymore than 1 star

I would like to give 5 stars for Lindsay for answering my emails and noting a little detail for my custom brick.

Ordered these for my family as a Christmas present! It was a hit! They all loved them and were so excited to build them. One of my nephews misplaced his box with his QR code and the team “Lindsay” was able to resend me the link so quickly! Will definitely order again!

Product arrived and I was thrilled with the quality of it. Unfortunately two of the colours were mixed up as I purchased two products. I contacted customer service and got a quick response from Amy L who dealt with the issue quickly and was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. My replacement bricks have just arrived. Really grateful for the excellent customer service which matches a quality product.

Absolutely loved my minebrick bod so did my son as ingot him it for a gift I liked it that much I have ordered some more they let me know when it was arriving and assembly was easy as the instructions were easy to follow would definitely recommend these as a unique gift for someone
