Great and super quick service and super cute figured! These figures make for such nice presents! I think I already ordered 4 times from minebrick and all the time, the service was super quick, giving very fast responses and helping me with anything I needed. This time I had the pleasure of talking with Lindsay, who helped me with changing my order, my shipping method and forwarded my design changes very quick to the person rendering the figures. I appreciate them and I will for sure order from them again.

I felt like I was a pain in the butt customer with constant changes, but they worked with me to get the design right. I hope my sister likes it for her Christmas gift

We’ve ordered custom LEGO minifigures based on photos five times now, and they’ve been absolutely perfect every time. The attention to detail is amazing — they even added a little chess piece to the T-shirt, as I asked. The customer service is also excellent. The consultants are very helpful, responsive, and polite. The only small thing I’ve noticed is that the figures are always initially made with brown eyes, even though everyone in our photos has blue eyes. Perhaps blue eyes are harder to distinguish in the photos, or they’re simply requested less often. However, this is just a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. The production time is fast — our figures were made in 3 days. There are also two delivery options: express delivery, which took around 3 days, and standard delivery, which took approximately 10 business days. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality, service, and attention to detail. We will definitely order again.

Product arrived per my order, only feedback I would give to supplier is to try and have the card fixed inside the slap it arrived moved around and not rlly fixed inside. But loved it!

I would not recommend purchasing from Minebrick based on my experience. I paid extra for Minebrick's Rendering Confirmation Service, specifically so I could review and approve the design before production. I never received that opportunity, despite responding promptly to their emails and contacting customer support. The finished figures had issues that should have been caught during the design review: one cat was missing its fur pattern and the other was the wrong colour. When I raised the issue, Minebrick's response was that a design proof had supposedly been sent and that my order proceeded because I didn't respond within 48 hours. However, the timeline and records they provided did not match the communications I had received, and I was unable to get a clear explanation for the discrepancy. What is most disappointing is that I paid specifically for a service that was supposed to prevent this exact situation, yet when that service was not provided, Minebrick did not take responsibility for the outcome. Instead, their final resolution was to ask me to pay 50% of the product price plus shipping to have the items replaced. At this point, the Rendering Confirmation Service feels less like a genuine customer protection service and more like an additional charge with no accountability when the process fails. In my view, charging customers for a review and approval service, failing to provide that service, and then offering the customer to pay again at discounted prices to fix the resulting problems is misleading and feels like a cash grab. I have spent far too much time trying to resolve this and have decided to walk away. Based on my experience and the way this matter was handled, I would not recommend Minebrick.
