So far I am very happy with how the process has gone. A few times I would have to re-ask for a change. But in the end, everything was exactly like I wanted it. They were very attentive to making sure things were how I wanted them. Great communication! I can't say much beyond the first part as I do not have the figures yet. However, I do feel they will be adorable and we will have a great time building them. If they are not the quality or done well when they show up, I will re-do this review. If it hadn't changed, it is because everything was good. I look forward to getting them.

The outcome is charming and closely resembles the photograph. However, the previous time I placed an order, I had the opportunity to request minor adjustments and observe the outcome prior to its dispatch. I prefer it that way.

This was great. I was skeptical but the design was beautiful and me and my boyfriend are so happy with the final result. We will definetely buy more representing our pets to have the whole family. Great gift to give for anniversaries.
