DON'T ORDER! Product wrong & awful customer service
Order a set of 4 figures together (my family) the photo showed us all in matching cycling jerseys. However when the order showed up each figure was completely wrong. All the jerseys looked nothing like each other and nothing like the photo I sent. Assembling them and putting them side by side would only magnify the issues. To add salt to the wound, my wife is clearly dark haired but the figure of her is blonde! There is no way I can give them this on Christmas morning. Been emailing through customer service which is shocking and doesn't want to take any ownership over the mistakes made and want me to accept the order as because I quote from their email "We are really sorry for not fulfilling your expectations. However, since this product is not made 100% according to the original drawing, but needs to be designed, we cannot guarantee that all the details are what you expect. Hope you can understand this." How awful is that!
