I have now ordered 8 figures from them, with the last two orders there was some confusion because I choose the wrong selection. They made sure that my order was going to turn out exactly as I wanted before sending it off. I received such great personal attention that I will recommend them to everyone. Not to mention they are super cute.

Amy made my experience with this company extra special! She replies really quick with any questions or worry you have, and the design team always aims to bring your visions to life. My overall experience with them is just amazing! Would definitely use them again when we have kids in the future! Thank you so much for my Minebrick product, we love the end result!

Customer service was amazing! Sally immediately addressed my problem (wrong item received) and made it right! My daughter now has her wedding song and picture on her fridge and is so in love with it! Highly recommend this company

Bought as a gift for my wife. Easy process to approve artwork. Keep in mind they are lego type people and not real! I was impressed with the end result. Some of the directions were tough but got it completed as expected! Wife loves it!!!

I provided a photo for the figure and a photo of the short I wanted for the figure, they made several mistakes with it and then apparently I requested too many modifications and they asked me to pay more for a new modification or to order a new figure, which was outrageous since the modifications were necessary only because they made many mistakes even though what I provided for them to copy was extremely clear, they changed the name and colour of the shirt even though it was pretty impossible to make a mistake… I wouldn’t recommend since I think they give a “cheap” price and the. make mistakes on purpose to make you pay more.
