75 Euro gezahlt, 15 Euro damit die Lieferung früher kommt. Lieferung kam nie an. Keiner konnte mir helfen.

The service is outstanding. I had an issue with my order (due to a family members mistake) and Minebrick can through and made it right. I really appreciate when a business cares about their customers.

Useless customer service and not following customer service and sales regulations. Partner ordered two figures before 2-3 weeks before Valentine’s Day, and received just before march. When asked, they claimed it’s with the distributor, where’s they have sent the confirmation a day before the item arrived. Figures not even close to the one pictured, my partner is very disappointed! Not happy with them at all! Asked for refund numerous times, always comes up with some totally random excuse. We offered to send them back, no answer. Currently seeking legal action against them, avoid avoid!

We were gifted some figurines and seemed to have misplaced some of the building instructions. The representative Amy from the company responded quickly and sent us new instructions with no questions asked! 10/10 customer service!

I’ll start with the “worst” part of my experience, which was that my order was delivered about 2 weeks later than intended- truly I don’t care about that, just glad it was updating me and did eventually arrive. The rest of my experience was incredible. For 1, the discreet packaging was fantastic, 2. Such cute packaging under the discreet packaging, 3. It’s a small thing, but I really love the bags the bricks come in. So many places just do what Lego does and this is similar but the attention to detail is unmatched. 4. The instructions were AMAZING. I don’t say this lightly, I build Legos of all kinds and different brands, these are hands down the best instructions I’ve ever had. Clear, quick, digital, and it allows you to rotate pictures so you can get a full picture of what to do. Above and beyond. 5. I’ve said attention to detail already but it needs a point of its own. My purse was incorporated in my final rendering- MY PURSE!!! Also a few of the more detail oriented pieces were assembled separately so that I didn’t confuse them in the other pieces- INCREDIBLE. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I didn’t read reviews on this company until after the fact (because I was looking to share my positive experience) and wow, Reddit is so mean to Minebrick, but I will definitely get another set. Also a super reasonable price!
