ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY I ordered a product for £118.03 and paid an outrageous £25.95 for express delivery, lured in by a bold promise on their website stating that Christmas delivery was guaranteed with express shipping. The tracking number I received showed that this was a complete lie. When I tried to cancel the order, I was blatantly ignored. The product didn’t arrive until the 28th, well past Christmas. Naturally, I sought a refund for the delivery charge, but after two months of arguing with their completely incompetent customer service team, I’ve gotten nowhere. To make matters worse, the product is a joke. It looks NOTHING like what was advertised. My son was wearing a green coat, and they sent a blue one. Unbelievable. This company is a scam. Awful products, atrocious customer service, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid them at all costs.

Cherry was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my order, as well as a timely replacement when I received the incorrect figure. I was able to work with her directly and it was a seamless easy process.

Around the Valentine's Day time, I tried to get my custom MineBrick's sent to my house of my girlfriend and I. When I asked about tracking and where it was, the team at MineBrick was fast acting and helped notify me when I'd be receiving my package. My girlfriend and I love our MineBricks and think they are extremely adorable and creative!

I asked for a design of two of my friends for their birthdays. The boy one came out fine but the girl one needed a few more modifications. I emailed asking if they could fix a couple things as my phone is glichy as hell and confirmed before I had finished writing. I emailed them immediately, as they ask you to do if you have a problem, but then no response. 4 days later they finally responded and said it had been too long by the time they saw my email so couldn't do anything. They said my design was already in production so they couldn't change anything. They say you have 48hrs to email them before it goes into production, so they either dont look at the emails or just put it through anyway. They said I didn't put the project on hold but that isn't even an option, the only option are to confirm you like it or to modify. Nowhere does it say puase or put on hold. Response to your emails and don't offer someone a £5 refund to go away when all you need to do is check your emails. Extremely extremely discussed with the behaviourand attitudeof staff, don't bother using these guys it's not worth it. Also dont bother paying for the detailed version as you have to ask for every detail to be added and they don't do it from the photo as expected/ told by the website, they dont even really do it properly after giving them the modifications.i ask for the shoes to look like converseand the others to look like vans, they put laces with no other details on and told me to deal with it . Don't bother ringing the customer service line it's an international number and it doesn't connect to anything or even ring. Update- They still haven't responded after very quickly replying to this review telling me to check my inbox. Update- they said they would send the link for the girl one so I could modify it. They sent me a link to the boy one(which I have said tocthem from the beginningwas perfect and didnt need anythingndoing to it) with all modifications removed. They then again said because I hadn't submitted modifications for the girl one they couldn't do anything but if I pay they would. They didn't even do the modifications I asked for the first time. This is a complete scam do not waste your. For reference on the website it says everything should take 5-9 days and its been over a month now. Update- typed the exact same thing as last time in the boy one and it has come out completely different. still keep passing me from person to person and trying to get me to pay more and saying they gave me modifications for free. Yes, technically they did but they sent the wrong one with all the previous modifications taken off when I had said from the beginning that that one was perfect, now they both look awful and they won't put them right. I have been going round I circles with them for over a month now telling me I didn't reply I time when you can literally see in the emails that that's not true and any questions I have asked have been completely ignored. They refuse to modify the girl one unless I pay more even after saying they would send me the link to modify it then sending me the boy one instead. Don't waste your money this company has awful customer service and no constituency throughout the company

I placed my order on December 3rd and approved the final version the following week. However, on March 15th, I was informed that production was still ongoing, with no clear indication of when it would be completed or shipped. Tracking my order has been impossible through the website, and the only updates I've received came days after initiating contact via their chat support. Communication has been severely lacking, with no proactive updates provided regarding the status of my order. Moreover, the website's login page is riddled with broken links, making it impossible for me to even request delivery. Overall, my experience can only be described as deeply frustrating.

Slow slow slow, The tracking number leads you to nowhere. No information at all. I don't think I'm getting the figures. Next step is contact my credit card company.

The worst experience I've ever had in Online shopping! I ordered 20 days ago to take it before Valentine's Day! Now they are telling me that I should wait for more 10 business days! I don't even need it anymore!
