I was amazed opon opening the package this product is amazing you guys did a great job with everything I asked for! It was a gift to my children she hung it up on the wall instantly! I will be posting 2 videos video of this product on my TikTok @cgmerkz a review and when I gifted it to my children she fell in tears of Joy! Thank you guys I couldn't asked it to be any better you guys nailed it! I highly recommend will buy more for my family and friends!

My daughter ordered a set for her boyfriend for Valentine's Day. She placed the order on Feb 1st and it said shipping would take 8-10 business days. What was not included in this information is that it would take 6 business days for the product to even be ready to ship. This led to something she thought would be delivered on time for Valentine's Day delivered an entire week later. I do understand that it was already cutting it close and sometimes things do happen with shipping, however, it would have been nice if design time was more clearly communicated. When we did receive our order, there was a very clear and obvious difference in skin tone between the picture that was submitted and the minebrick that was created. I believed this would be an easily rectified issue as the complexion difference was so profound. I unfortunately was mistaken. When I first emailed support about the issue the response I received informed me that "since you did not purchase the verification service, our design team can only design based on the original image you uploaded. And the current effect is already the best effect" Skin tone is not an effect. I relayed my concern as to the obviousness of the mistake and my dissatisfaction with considering skin tone an effect. Ultimately, they did resolve the issue and we did receive a satisfactory item. I am giving a 2 star review because of the delay in receiving the product which is not clearly communicated, the fact that you have to purchase additional protection to even be guaranteed basics such as skin tone would be matched, and that it took so long and so much back and forth for them to offer to resolve the issue without charging me additional shipping fees. Once they eventually did agree to right the wrong, they added the verification service, luckily because they again did not use the correct skin tone, and we were able to make the necessary corrections, we were satisfied with the item. We just received the replacement two days ago so an entire month after the intended gift date. It is unfortunate that it took them so long to resolve an issue that in my opinion was very easily correctable and clearly something that should have been corrected from the beginning because this could have been a much better review with simple customer service.

I ordered a couple brick figure, minebrick has adjusted the order according to my requirements. When the order has arrived it unfortunately had two missing pieces, however the customer services department had quickly resolved the issue and offered a full free replacement of the product due to the inconvenience. Apart from this small issue, the experience was very good as the figure was really nice!

Sienna was really great through the whole process! My minifig is for my boyfriend and his cat & im so excited to see his reaction. UPDATE: Aaaahhhhh i finally got it in the mail today. About a two month wait but absolutely worth it. I did do some customization and revisions on it tho.I was wary because of other reviews I read but very happy I finally received it. Im also based out of the US.
