It made such a good gift and my boyfriend loved building the couple set of us together!

Ms. Lindsay was very helpful when our instructions didn’t work at first and also when one part the figure was missing she immediately arranged a replacement.

I purchased a full custom couples figure to gift my brother on his upcoming wedding day. Overall the process was quite smooth and straightforward with clear instructions on how to proceed at each step. I purchased the option where you can see the renderings ahead of time and thankfully I did as the initial attempt was lovely but the the girl's outfit was not quite matching the one from the photo. The next 2 renderings deviated from the original too much and my free customizations had run out, however I felt that my initial request was not being met. I reached out to their customer service and they worked with me to rectify the issue immediately. I was very happy with the final product and service that I received overall. The response time was rapid and the team worked with me until I was wholly satisfied with the final product. My only major complaint overall is that the page where you can view the renderings and request modifications does not have an option to attach photos. It was only until I sent more detailed images of the outfit in question alongside sample designs for them to review, was my main issue corrected immediately. Had I been able to do that more directly, it may have made for an easier time to get my perfect design earlier on. Ultimately I am excited to gift the final product once it arrives and think that the newlyweds will love building and displaying it in their first home together.

Leuk idee. Alleen heel jammer dat het incompleet is. Dat bewijst maar weer dat je zulke dingen alleen van Lego zelf moet kopen
