From the moment I signed up with Mighty Networks I was given the tools and support that I needed to get started right away. I appreciate the welcoming community, how available and helpful the tech people are, and how they are always providing resources and help for me to make my community the best that it can be. I also appreciate how Mighty Networks listens to their members and is constantly making improvements based off of their members' feedback.

Support inexistent. Besides the fact that they give you all the options regarding changing the plan, there is no option to unsubscribe, I couldn’t even access the help center through my laptop, the sign in button in the application just sends you a link to your mail with all the networks you’re in… what kind of a “sign in” is that??? Also still waiting for 24+ hours to get a response for my ticket, the timeframe for an answer constantly changing from “in a few hours” to “ back tomorrow”

I joined the Mighty Networks affiliate program in September 2025 with high expectations, given their reputation in the community-building space. By October 2025, I successfully started generating commissions. However, despite my performance, I have not received a single cent of the payouts owed to me. As of today, Mighty Networks owes me $401.39 in unpaid commissions. I have made multiple attempts to contact their support and affiliate teams. Every single time, I am met with an automated AI bot. There is no way to reach a real human being to discuss payment discrepancies. It is hard to believe that a company of this size treats its partners with such blatant disregard. Ignoring partners who are actively driving revenue for your platform is both disrespectful and unethical. If a company lacks the professional ethics to pay their verified partners, how can customers trust them with their data or long-term subscriptions? I am deeply disappointed. This behavior borders on a scam, as they benefit from the traffic and users I bring in while withholding the agreed-upon compensation. To any creators or marketers considering their affiliate program or their platform: Proceed with extreme caution. If they don't value professional ethics, they cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of their service.

Firstly, I think the support is quite good, and the staff have always done their best to help and explain the platform to me. However, I have found it unnecessarily complicated. It is a confusing experience for members and hosts alike, and takes far too long to become familiar with. It is very difficult to move members from a free plan to paid and higher paid plans, which is what I have been trying to do. They have also recently changed their plans so that some pretty basic features are now part of higher-tiered and more expensive offerings. I have found the platform frustrating, and have only stuck with it because of the difficulty in migrating members. However with the latest changes and extra fees, I will certainly move soon. Whatever platform you choose, be sure to try it out for a few weeks before committing to it.

I really appreciated the daily rhythm of the meetings. And I found the live walk-throughs very helpful. Maya was great at responding to the questions as they came up naturally.
