Hi Elizabeth, thank you for sharing your feedback. I can hear how frustrating it’s been to get answers to your questions, which is far from the experience we aim to deliver. We want Hosts to get unstuck quickly and smoothly, and we know we can do better. Our support team is available daily from 6 AM to 6 PM PST. While this works well for many of our North American Hosts, we know it can be challenging for members in Europe or other regions. Expanding coverage across more time zones is on our roadmap as we continue to grow. I’ve reviewed your conversation with our team, and I want to assure you that our Courses Plan does include the ability to sell Plans, schedule Events, and host Livestreams. I've also noted your feedback about Co-Host so the team can make the necessary changes. I'll have the team reach out to you to make sure your questions are answered and you're all good to go.
