In my 20+ years as a web developer working across multiple platforms, Mighty Networks has provided the best customer support I've ever experienced. While setting up my pre-launch site, their team resolved several issues almost immediately. I appreciate having access to both their AI bot and knowledgeable human support. Knowing they won't stop working on a problem until it's fully solved gives me complete confidence as a site builder.

Mighty Networks is a great, creative platform to build communities. Due to an illness, I had to withdraw from most activities and forgot to cancel my account. It was not my credit card that I had used (my elderly parents') and it was charged a year later for over $500. I reached out to them and explained and they reversed the charge right away. I'm so grateful I didn't have to bother my parents while they were traveling in Hawaii for the first time and upset them and their trip. Thank you! If I ever want to return I know this is a really good place.

All really nice and user friendly. I do not really like the new black background you have, is that intentional? makes it more chaotic for me Would be nice to expand on the research and data collection functionalities available. For example I want to collect data about our retreat by having multiple people replying to the surveys and having an chart reflecting automatically the responses everytime new ones come in
