Mighty works is something that I never thought would exist what these people have done is brilliant on so many levels it’s hard to describe because they have taken the time to bring every app every comment everything that we hope for and so much more. I’m so glad that I’m a part of the mighty Works family and I suggest to anyone if they’re really serious about creating community you gotta check it out.

Mighty Networks offers a lot of resources for those new to the platform. Setting up my community has been fairly easy and user friendly. They're in-house AI is good, but it does take a couple of days for a live person to reach back out when you contact them. While I haven't yet found paid community members, I do much prefer Mighty to a free Facebook page for community members.

I’ve been impressed with Mighty Networks from the start. Before subscribing, I gained an in-depth understanding of the platform thanks to free access to the Mighty Community and the Mighty Team's weekly info/demo sessions. This transparency helped me make an informed decision. Once I signed up, things only got better. The Mighty Team provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a SaaS company. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The ongoing access to a vibrant community of other hosts has also been invaluable—it’s a great space to exchange ideas, solve challenges, and stay inspired. I also love how flexible the platform is. It gives community builders the tools to shape their space to fit their unique vision rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all structure. I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 only because the platform has been rolling out a lot of new features recently, and there have been a few bumps in the road. If half-stars were an option, I’d give it a 4.5. That said, the updates are exciting, and I’m confident the team will smooth things out soon. Overall, Mighty Networks is a fantastic choice for anyone serious about building an online community.

Super easy to use out of the gate, but a bit more difficult to use well. It took us over a year to figure out how to optimize it for our particular situation. But there is plenty of customer service and they are very responsive.

My clients are all impressed by the professionalism this platform offers. There's always a way to do what I want; create a video feed, change how I accept payments, and the integration with Zoom has been instrumental. However, Mighty Networks is quite confusing in the beginning. I almost gave up because I couldn't understand the structure of the different spaces, or how to invite people. The support online wasn't great either. I had a business coach who has used MightyNetworks in the past, and he was the one who helped sort out the kinks for me. Without him, I would have given up on Mighty Networks in the beginning. I'm glad I stuck with it, but every now and then I hit a glitch that I still need my coach to iron out. It would be nice if I had more than email support from Mighty Networks when things come up.
