Always had a great experience with them for sales and support. Great place to find a good deal and to also get upgrades as needed.

Predatory warranty offerings. I bought a $5000 custom build from them, constantly had issues and eventually got to the point where they believed I was the problem. They used their “warranty” to refund me only for the base price of my pc less tax and then I bought a laptop for which I had to buy another warranty to ensure my device. The screen broke on my laptop within 2 months, took it in for repair. When I picked up my laptop they spent a good amount of time explaining to me all the various checks and quality controls they used to ensure my laptop was 100%it all sounded amazing. I get home plug in the newly repaired laptop and it instantly overheated and crashed, turns out they broke the cooling system and couldn’t fix it. After a lot of arguing and speaking with someone in corporate they did refund me the laptop price plus tax and their worthless warranty but with the caveat that I no longer purchase computers from them bc I was “costing the company money.” While I will say the employees are kind and will work hard to meet your expectations the general attitude toward customers is abysmal.

Matt (Manager) and Victor S. in the Install/Support center in Sharonville Ohio went completely out of their way to get me back up and running. Do to my job which I cannot disclose was important and they knew it and it had to be done today. Victor took my unit back to the back diagnosed it for 2 full hours after 5 months of use and come to find out a CPU pin was arcing (Bent) causing the PC to jump the ship 5 seas at a time. (Install was installed by the manufacture for that CPU.) Anyhow, the board was done so Micro Center had a deal going on for the AMD B650 Gaming X AX V2, with AMD Ryzen 7 9700x CPU and 32GB G.Skill Flare X5 DDR-5 Series ram for $449.00. Even though I decided to upgrade the Ram Options to Corsair Vengance RGB do to I wanted one controller for all it turns out this setup is more then I bargained for.. Victor fine tuned, updated my software and tested every aspect before releasing. Matt & Victor saved the Day for me.. These 2 guys are talented and very well trained. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me today. Keep up the good work guys. In my opinion you deserve a raise.

These people helped me find the parts to build my new custom pc. All of the employees were so nice and knew a lot about computers. I had no problems with my computer and and now gaming perfectly.

I love this store. It has replaced Best Buy for me and also frys when it went out of business. I needed a tech store to get my items and they stepped up to the plate. Great company. I love it. Reasonable prices. Plenty of options. And friendly staff.

I bought a computer and extended warranty in 5/2023. I had a problem with a small bracket that held a cooling fan over the cpu. I took it in for repair under the warranty. They charged $40 telling me labor is not included. Then the manager said that broken parts are not covered under warranty. If broken parts are not covered then what does the warranty cover! The descr.iption in the warrant states no deductible no surprise charges, but yet they charged me $40. When the warranty was sold to me I was told everything was covered, even if the computer had to be replaced. I had to complain for a while before they agreed to give me a refund. It is only because of the refund that I gave them 2 stars. Moral of the story is do not buy an extended warranty. It is a gimic that they do not honor as they describe it. I even showed them what their own website showed. They told me it was a matter of interpretation. Sorry, it says no unexpected charges or deductibles. How is that subject to interpretation? I would urge everyone to read an EXACT copy of the warranty before you consider buying it.

Review is about the repair service only. The store is fine. As I was driving away after dropping off my PC for repair, I got a message "hello this is micro center, the unit has bugs in it so we cannot work on it, you may pick up". They had double bagged in plastic, so I could not verify. The guy at the counter was a minimalist type, not a talker. Reaching home, I found no bugs. No idea what the problem was. Likely, end of day and wanted to take off or something. In the past the counter was a hive of activity. Yesterday it appeared dead, the sign on at arrival terminal was frozen.

Had new gamer computer bought since Dec 15th lasty year from Build redux. It had crashes after 5 months, fortunately my cousin who works with computers told me about Micro center opening. So I waited for the day and sure enough these guys had my back. I'm telling yawl, THEY DONT DISAPOINT. They helped me so much, one day I want to repay them back. With that all being said. Thank You Micro center for an outstanding work on helping my streamer career get back on the road again. Marvin Cuffee
