I love Caudabe products and they are the first I buy. Love the feeling and quality of their cases Although the first couple of months after the launch of a new iphone are quite demanding for every case manufacturer, I got excellent customer support from Caudabe. My issue was resolved to the best of my expectations and the support representative (Jane in my case) was very patient and understanding. Truly top notch service!

I ordered a screen protector as a verified purchase. When it arrived, it had alignment and fit issues, leaving an uneven gap. When I reached out for an exchange, customer support gave me a hard time, insisting the product was "fine." Worse yet, they tried to force me into a predatory exchange loop where I had to buy another product out of pocket just to get a refund on the original defective one. They are literally holding my money hostage unless I spend more money with them. When I submitted an honest, one-star review on their website to warn others about this predatory experience, it was immediately thrown into a hidden "pending" queue. Support had plenty of time to read my emails and reply to my refund request, but they completely ignored my questions about why my review is being censored from their storefront. They are actively using moderation filters to hide negative feedback from verified buyers while instantly publishing 5-star ratings. To make matters worse, they even tried to abruptly close my support ticket before I followed up, and they are now forcing me to send a video destroying the product just to get the refund I am legally owed. If Caudabe hid your verified negative review too, do not let them get away with it: 1. Take a screenshot of your pending review right after you hit submit. 2. Search for the official "FTC Report Fraud" website online and file an official complaint for violating the Consumer Review Fairness Act. They count on us accepting a bad experience, jumping through extra hoops for a refund, and walking away quietly. Search for the FTC reporting portal online and file your proof so regulators can audit their deceptive review practices, hidden exchange loops, and unfair refund hurdles. UPDATE: Within minutes of posting this review, Caudabe immediately tried to flag and report my account to Trustpilot to get this warning taken down—proving even further how desperate they are to manipulate timelines and censor verified customer experiences. Fortunately, Trustpilot verified my order number and threw out their flag. FINAL UPDATE (10/24): After I explicitly called out their review gatekeeping via email and went public here, Caudabe completely panicked. They waived their mandatory product destruction video requirement, processed my full refund immediately, and finally pushed my one-star review live onto their storefront along with a corporate response. To make it even more obvious, they immediately stacked three generic 5-star reviews directly on top of mine from a later date to try and bury my post from their front page. Furthermore, their defense that the massive border is a "custom fit to avoid interference with their cases" is completely false. I am using one of their cases (the Sheath) on my phone right now, and the distracting, uneven gap is completely visible. They are gatekeeping low ratings until they get caught publicly and using deceptive "review pooling" across years of old phone models to pump up their scores. Do not trust their native storefront rating; stick to third-party open platforms for the actual truth.

Sent her a few pictures of it, few hours later i got a notification that a new case has shipped. Cadabe has absolutely gained a customer for life. The one company where you pay premium prices but it’s 100% worth every penny

I buy a lot of cases for my iPhone and have tried almost every brand out there. Over the years, Caudabe has become my favorite. The Sheath is a classic, offering great protection while keeping a slim profile. This year, though, the Paragon has become my new favorite. It offers an even more minimalist profile with the same level of protection, and the colors and design look amazing. I liked it so much that I bought two this year! The icing on the cake is their fantastic customer service. They’re responsive and have taken care of my issues with no questions asked. When I lost one of the buttons on my case, they sent a replacement within days. I’ve also had order issues caused by my own mistakes, and they resolved them without any hassle. If you’re looking for a high-quality case and peace of mind, go with Caudabe. They’re simply first class in both product quality and customer service.
