I recently left a terrible review but I'm glad I got manufacturer warranty on my last PC here despite the ram being attached to the motherboard I highly recommend exchanging if your inconvenienced since you can trade in your base PC cost for another product speak to Edward IT employee was very useful!

Bought a monitor. A week later, it goes on sale. They offer a 30-day price guarantee. I just wanted my $50 back. I live 3 hours away, so a 6-hour drive to get my $50 back in person makes no sense. A week later, with online chats and emails sent, but no refund. NO STORE numbers are listed anywhere on their site. Their automated email on their site is down. (I tried two browsers.) I received another email from the online chat—no response from it yet. However, since I checked the price of the monitor a couple of times now, I get an email at least once, if not twice a day, asking me if "I'm still interested in buying the monitor!" I'm at the point where if a human, any human who works for them, were to call or write me and say, "We're keeping your money!" I'd actually be happy. Update: after leaving numerous reviews, I got a call, and my money for the price guarantee was refunded. Updated my stars to 3.

I was overcharged for discounted item ROXIO CD & DVD burning 2 sale price on box $15.35, charged 29.99, today 10/5/23, Dallas Location reference: 131-PO-1318933 12;34 PM item #632596. As a disabled Viet Nam VET, I have limited chances to shop, your store is far from me. Shame on you

Good selection, varying service. Initially had a bad experience with having to wait in multiple lines despite having an online order on file. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to pick up my online order, they told me that the RAM I had purchased was not available. Fine, I asked if I could buy another module instead because no computer works without RAM installed. They said yes, but I would have to wait in another line to get the part from the back. I said I knew what part I wanted, but they said they wouldn't go get it (30 second walk) but that I would have to wait in another line for 20 minutes. So I went to wait in the other stupid line to finish my Micro Center PC build. Luckily, the manager had been notified and he got me out of the second line after 10 minutes and fixed the situation by getting the part I wanted. All in all, I was able to build my PC the same day with good part selection and good prices. However, I ended up spending close to an hour at the Micro Center despite having an online order ready for pickup.
