I should give the salesperson (Daniel) and Micro Center 3 stars. I asked the guy if the Lonovo laptop was silver/steel. He said yes. I got home and opened the box to find crappy titanium instead of steel. I haven't even accessed the hard drive yet. I may have to return the laptop.

I have had good luck with Micro Center. I’ve purchased two or three laptops from them one I used MacBook and a couple of new laptops. I can’t say I have had any problems per se, so I haven’t tested their customer service but thus far as it been quite happy. I may be buying a refurbished MacBook Pro from Mike or Center and will send an update with that experience. I formally built and sold clone computers. Micro Center seems like that kind of place. I will say I find it hard to believe they would have such poor customer service ratings given their history and dedication to tech people.

I recently bought a desktop, keyboard, and mouse from micro center. I also visited the help center due to an issue with my laptop. Evan helped me spec out my desktop and did a fantastic job. Chris helped me pick out the perfect keyboard. Finally, Joe was the best when it came to helping me with my broken laptop. Can't thank you guys enough!

I want to say they were very nice to me as an international buyer that travelled 1200 miles to get a GPU , however I could have felt some racism from the guys at the front when they made some excuse and told me only US citizen can buy from their store which made no sense at all . I wish they get themselves rectified in there . Cashier's were super awesome and they even helped me out when I had a cab waiting . True customer service!!

The STL location is great! I usually order my items for pickup, and there is a bit of a line, but it beats wandering through the store having to ask someone. Still, if I had the dough, I would definitely be taking a stroll around the store. 4 stars for 2 locations in GA but no locations in FL. I have friends that need you!!!
