Unsuccessful order but prompt refund
Ended up having to cancel the order based on some sketchy emails but was promptly refunded.

We at SpeakSpace.com apologize for not meeting your timeframe for shipping. Speak Space is a Legitimate company that is a trusted reseller on platforms such as Walmart.com, and certified whole seller for many large brands such as Poly which you were shopping for. Two days after your purchase, we emailed apologizing for a short shipping delay that would be 1-2 business days extra. In this email we also offered a 25% discount for future purchases for the inconvenience. SpeakSpace does have phone support during business hours. Outside of business hours we prioritize phone calls that left a voicemail for support request, which was absent in in this case. We hope to reconcile this issue in the future. At SpeakSpace we pride ourselves with our communication and providing quality products via our website and trusted marketplaces.
