Don't buy don't buy don't buy!! I think this company got bought out by a foreign company in 2020. Their products are absolutely terrible. Their sizing is wrong, the coats aren't waterproof, they're no longer double zip and I received one missing snaps. I've only had it for 2 months and it's already torn at the seams. The only reason I kept it is because I could never get in touch with their customer service for a return or refund. I had to go through my bank to ask for a refund on an order that I never received. Do not buy from this company! There's a reason they pulled their reviews on every social media platform including their website! They're a total fraud now.

Horrible customer service. No response for days to initiate a return, and I’m still waiting. Sizing runs extremely small. Size at least one and maybe 2 sizes up. Very disappointing because I like the product. Note in response to Mia Melon reply below: my emails to tanya@miamelon… are from my full name, not just my initials, to protect my privacy.

Tanya replied within hours to my email- overnight, on a weekend. She assisted and resolved my order issue without hesitation. Amazing and trusting customer service!! Sending me a new coat and a shipping label for the coat that is not my correct size. I look forward to buying more of their products.

I have been trying to contact customer service since November to return. I read on here about server issues but I’ll have to do a chargeback if I don’t hear from someone soon.

I have yet to receive any kind of response to my emails (I have now sent 7). I placed my order on Nov.18, 2023 and my credit card was billed that same day. It is now seven weeks later and I have not received any shipping notification nor any replies to my emails. The coat I ordered was meant to be a Christmas gift. Who would have thought that FIVE weeks wouldn't be enough time for the order to arrive in time for Christmas?? It is now week 7 and I am still waiting for any kind of response from this "company."

The coat ordered was lovely and shipped out relatively quickly. However, it was too small, and MANY attempts at contact for an exchange went unanswered. This is an edited review after initially leaving an 1 start review. Apparently their server has been malfunctioning and blocking many emails from reaching them. After giving a poor review on this site, they found my emails and sent another coat as an exchange immediately. However, their site would not allow me to leave a bad review, and their only option for getting in touch with them are via email which is apparently malfunctioning. I appreciate the response once they saw my issues via my trust pilot review, but they need to have alternative ways to get in touch, and not allowing bad reviews to go on their site is a bit of a red flag as well, thus the loss of a couple stars.

I ordered a jacket a few years ago. Worked out. Love the jacket. I ordered one this year for my daughter. The fit is too large. I have sent 4 emails to try to return. Must go through Tanya. No other way to return. But Tanya is not responding. Is this a scam? My period is about to run out. Are returns really allowed?!

Wrong size was shipped. Tried emailing them, no answer. The numbers they have listed are no longer available. And now I have a jacket that doesnt fit and have to try to return it for a refund thru my CC. It's so sad that they never read their emails correctly, they will do exchanges without confirming anything. They take more than 3 weeks to reply, but an automatic reply, with new orders, just so they do not lose their money. Its a shame because the quality of the jacket are great, but size up, and pray for the best, that you do not need anything else from them, because they never answer any emails. They should hire someone just for emails...
