The returns situation is horrible. I’ve now emailed Tanya three times with no response. There’s a limited time to make returns, but how are we supposed to do so and collect a refund if they never respond? Only gave a second star because the coats do seem to be of wonderful quality. It’s just that neither of them fit us so unfortunately we need to return (if Tanya ever writes me back…)

I really wish this company made it easier to return items that don't work. It seems bizarre that I have to email Tanya and wait for her to respond. Why not do as most other companies do and have all that info linked to your order to make it easy. I ordered the skylar jacket and sized up (as suggested) and it's WAY too big. I have emailed Tanya twice and had no response. So, I had to write a review as it seems the only way to get a response.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Mia Melon. Despite ordering jackets in my usual size, both medium and large were significantly small. Customer service took months to respond, and only after reaching out via Instagram did I get a reply. I paid for return shipping, but was never refunded. Despite requesting a full refund through email, I was finally given store credit, which is useless to me now. Due to the delays, I had to buy from another company and am still awaiting a response regarding a refund.

Wrong size was shipped. Tried emailing them, no answer. The numbers they have listed are no longer available. And now I have a jacket that doesnt fit and have to try to return it for a refund thru my CC. It's so sad that they never read their emails correctly, they will do exchanges without confirming anything. They take more than 3 weeks to reply, but an automatic reply, with new orders, just so they do not lose their money. Its a shame because the quality of the jacket are great, but size up, and pray for the best, that you do not need anything else from them, because they never answer any emails. They should hire someone just for emails...

Can't contact company to return jacket that was ridiculously too small. I had emailed them but no response now their website is down. I typically wear a Small/ Medium the jacket I ordered for it to fit me I would have ordered an extra large. Now I'm stuck with the jacket.

After waiting a month to receive two coats (with no response to my attempts to ascertain delivery status), I finally received my items only to have the fit not work with either coat. I reached out to process the return the same day they were received but after 18+ days, there’s been no response. Incredibly disappointing experience for what looked to be such a promising company.

I ordered two Mia Melon jackets in early 2021. The Chloe Trench was fabulous for one season of wear, then the zipper stopped functioning well and the shoulder seams started coming apart. The lining fabric in the Stella Insulated Rain Jacket is terrible. After just a handful of wears the insulation was poking through in hundreds of spots. Still, I loved the look Mia Melon's jackets and when I was in the market for a lightweight rain shell for a trip I was taking in October 2022, I ordered another Mia Melon coat. The website states that orders go out within 3-5 days. After not receiving a shipping notice after this timeframe had passed, I reached out 3 times by email and text to check the status of my order. I did not receive a single response or update, the order eventually shipped much later than promised without a word from Mia Melon. This will be my last purchase from this company for sure.

I bought the Alexa coat, which is usually $270, on sale for $200. It was described as lined with microfleece. When the coat arrived, there were numerous exposed seams inside the coat, which is not my definition of "lined" at all. I had a difficult time getting a refund.
