Though I followed the sizing guide for the Stella coat specifically, the product I received is smaller than listed. I have sent 2 emails one week apart to the email listed on the website as per the exchange policy instructions, but have received no reply. It has been 3 weeks. I have been wearing these coats for years and have never have a problem before...I would love to support a local company but there is no customer service in sight.

My experience with Mia Melon has been wonderful. They were patient and kind when I had trouble placing my order. They were even out of stock of something I wanted and they set it aside for me personally. It was a great experience overall and I’d recommend them!

I ordered a jacket on 17th October and it still hasn't arrived. 4 emails to Tanya, and there was only 1 reply that she'll check on things but radio silence after that. If someone from MM is reading, my order number is MMUS37556 - just let me know if the jacket is real. I've been looking at jackets from MM for a few years and finally ordered it. Didn't expect to be ghosted given the rave reviews on the site. Very disappointed.

This company is a complete fraud! They take your money and run! Zero costumer service. They will NOT respond to any emails and there is no way to contact them about your "order". You will throw your money away by attempting to purchase from the fake company! Buyer beware!!

The customer service is non-existent. I ordered two coats from them and neither one fits. I want to exchange them for different size but no one will respond to my emails. I’m worried that I will be stuck with two coats that don’t fit. I really needed a jacket for the winter and if this isn’t fixed I won’t have a coat because I can’t afford to buy another one that will actually fit me.

I purchased a second Mia melon jacket this fall because my first one wasn’t as waterproof anymore and I wanted a larger size to wear sweaters underneath. I purchased the same style but 2 sizes larger. When I received my jacket in a lovely eggplant colour the XL won’t even close. My original medium fits me but the XL is too small! So I have emailed on Nov 1 and Nov 3 and reached out on Facebook and have had no reply. I am so disapppointed as I loved my first one but the sizing has changed so drastically and the support is unresponsive.

I am so very frustrated. I ordered 2 gorgeous mia melon coats but they don’t fit. I have sent at least 4 emails over 2 weeks inquiring about an exchange with no response. The coats do not run true to size. They run small.

I was so excited to order a new winter jacket. I previously purchased the Whitney jacket at their Vancouver store in 2018 and loved it! Unfortunately I received the wrong item in my recent online purchase. The color and size are correct. The problem is, I ordered the fleece lined Stella jacket but received the quilted version which is way too warm for San Francisco weather. I have followed their refund policy and emailed the address listed four times -10/9/23, 10/18/23 10/26/23 and 10/31/23- with no reply. The website says this size is unavailable and I would like a full refund and instructions how to return the jacket. It seems like folks have similar issues. I even called 604-788-0987 listed in another review but no reply. I am hoping that someone from the company will reach out and help resolve this situation. 11/14/23 Please advise on my request for a return. I have not received a response from customer service.
