maybe i was too hasty. Tanya did get back to me. Not only did she get the RMA setup for my exchange, she found the right coat, in the right color, in the right size. My wife loves it! Waterproof fashion!

EDIT: I was provided a phone number to contact via the kickstarter and got in touch with Tanya at Mia Melon who was able to confirm my order and had my coat sent out. She was kind enough to help me pick the best size and I received the jacket. It is very beautiful and was everything I was hoping it would be two years ago when I ordered it. I have adjusted my stars on my review to reflect receipt of a beautiful coat and the service I was finally given, but they lose a star due to the neglect on the kickstarter. I cannot speak to ordering directly from this company, however. ORIGINAL POST: It is a shame I have to resort to being loud. It’s a shame I got told my item “shipped” in 2021 when it never was. No tracking info was ever sent to me as promised because it WASNT SHIPPED.

Recently exchanged the Stella Insulated jacket for a different size. Tanya was very helpful in determining which size and style would be the best fit given what was in stock. My first color choice was sold out and settled oxblood. Turns out the color is very pretty in person - almost sharkskin in tone. Overall I would add sizing is difficult to determine on website, I recommend if you have any questions to email or call customer service. I am pleased with my jacket, it has kept me warm and dry. I do wish the sizing was more accommodating of wide hips. I went up two sizes in order to have enough room and now my jacket is looser in other areas but overall it's a nice coat and staff were very helpful.

I recently ordered the Whitney jacket and 2 of the Harper ponchos. The Whitney runs very small. I typically wear an XL and ordered a 1X for extra room. I was not able to zip the jacket up. The ponchos do not fit as depicted on the website. The shoulder area is quite narrow and causes it to bunch up around the neck and force the hood upwards, even on my teenage son who is 5'11" and 145 lbs. I sent an email to customer service and they promptly sent out the jacket in 3X and an RA for returning my original order. The 3X fits exactly as I was expecting in the 1X. Aside from the hit to my ego having to order 2 sizes larger, I love the jacket! Customer service was prompt and excellent. I gave 4 stars due to the sizing issue of the jacket and disappointment in the fit of the ponchos.

I have sent 4 emails to get their attention about an update on my order which was placed mid-November. it said it would be shipped on Nov 30 but I haven't had any updates. I tried texting 2 days ago and calling this morning. Their voicemail box is full so there was no opportunity to leave a message. Seems like many other customers are trying to get hold of them as well. ** update** They texted me this afternoon to let me know the reason for their delay in responding which is much appreciated. My coat should be sent to me Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

I ordered the "Whitney" in Oxblood Red fits perfectly and I love the colour. I also ordered the "Jericho" for my husband and unfortunately, it was too small despite following the measurements. We paid a hefty $27 to ship it back and exchanged it for a larger size. I'm grateful to customer service for shipping out the exchange quickly knowing we had a tight time line for an upcoming camping trip.

I found a coat on Instagram, and was slightly nervous to order it because I had never heard of the company. I took a leap of faith because it was so cute. My order status flipped to shipped, but some time went by without tracking info. I did call the number on the website which wasn’t helpful, but they also have a number to text, so I did that and received an answer with all of the pertinent information there. (The website mentions this is the best way to contact them.) The coat arrived shortly after and it is absolutely fabulous! It is even cuter in person, and the quality is so great too! It is actually for our dog, and I was also impressed that the size chart was so accurate as well. She loves it and we do too - happy customers all around!

I ordered 2 coats in different sizes, one for me and one as a gift. The initial order was quite delayed however, Mia Melon was responsive to my inquiries and provided status updates. When they arrived, both jackets were beautiful and are clearly well made. The one I purchased as a gift was unfortunately too small and again Mia Melon was incredibly helpful arranging an exchange, recommending good alternatives because the original coat style was out of stock. Even shipped quickly to the recipient (different address than the original order). Even given the initial delays, I value customer service provided.
