Merchandise just OK, not worth the customer service risk
The raincoat is nice, not great. But what's incredible is that this company just doesn't work like your normal e-commerce site, with returns and credits, or even normal turnaround and delivery times. I exchanged a coat for a bigger size and am still waiting for a refund for the coat that was returned. FOR THREE MONTHS NOW!!! They rarely answer the phone and when they do the person in charge isn't around or never calls back, of course. So if you want an OK coat, don't mind waiting for it, and are absolutely sure of the fit, go ahead!

Sorry to hear of your experience. Unfortunately I was not working with the company at that time so unsure of what happened. I do know our shipping time frame is now an average of 2-5 days for delivery and we have hired more customer service agents for support. Coats are still as awesome as ever and now with added staff and quicker shipping, we can offer a great experience overall! Look forward to hearing from you again,
