The coat ordered was lovely and shipped out relatively quickly. However, it was too small, and MANY attempts at contact for an exchange went unanswered. This is an edited review after initially leaving an 1 start review. Apparently their server has been malfunctioning and blocking many emails from reaching them. After giving a poor review on this site, they found my emails and sent another coat as an exchange immediately. However, their site would not allow me to leave a bad review, and their only option for getting in touch with them are via email which is apparently malfunctioning. I appreciate the response once they saw my issues via my trust pilot review, but they need to have alternative ways to get in touch, and not allowing bad reviews to go on their site is a bit of a red flag as well, thus the loss of a couple stars.

Update Jan 14th, 2024 - Thank you Jeanette for reaching out to us via this method. In the mean time, IT dep't for our server issues has advised that any technical issues have further been resolved! I know CS is still catching up... Hello Jeanette and thank you so much for you patience on this as we have been experiencing on and off server issues w our emails and have missed many and continue to miss some sporadically. IT is desperately working to resolve this issue! So far I have ordered a coat but have been unsuccessful in contacting MM via email or phone. The coat has been mailed. My concern is if I need to go one size smaller, and if it is so difficult to talk to anyone, how smoothly can an exchange go? I am keeping my fingers crossed and will hope for the best. I was happy to support a small company but it seems they need to work on their communication.
