MiaDonnaReviews of miadonna.com

Despite some small issues that were out of their control, MiaDonna went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. Super quick response time and incredibly helpful customer service. Still floored by it. Also the quality and price of the ring simply can’t be beat! You won’t be disappointed with MiaDonna. Thank you Justine and Hannah for all your help!!

I bought a beautiful diamond ring from MiaDonna for my girlfriend and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The diamond is absolutely stunning, and my girlfriend loves it! What sets MiaDonna apart, however, is their exceptional customer service. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from choosing the perfect ring to ensuring timely delivery. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and made the entire experience stress-free. I appreciate their commitment to ethical and sustainable practices in the production of their diamonds, which made the purchase even more meaningful. Overall, I highly recommend MiaDonna Diamonds to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality piece of jewelry, backed by excellent customer service. Thank you for making this experience memorable!

The great communication and quality assurance really made me feel like my money was well spent.

Hannah was so great. She was very communicative and helpful with the Try On order, as well as helping me pick out a diamond. I ordered a loose diamond and it is beautiful!

The representative was informative. The diamonds were beautiful. Need better lighting in the store though. After the diamonds left the display case and I tried on, not as brilliant. Once I received the diamonds at home they definitely sparkle. Just not in the store in front of the mirror. Really awful lighting.

Great response time from customer service via email, quick shipping for the sample kit

It was a beautiful ring and my fiancé loved the color. The next day a side diamond fell out. Being in Italy, it is very hard to find a jeweler to fix the ring at a good price. I am using the return policy which was easy to use and I am happy with the service received. Overall beautiful ring, just sad it only lasted a day.

Somehow we got the initial order screwed up and I received the wrong thing. They were very helpful in getting the item exchanged and here on time for Christmas. Thanks!
