The quality of the ring and diamond is amazing. Also, the speed of delivery was perfect. To make the ring and set the diamond and get it here as quickly as they did was by far the best service. Thank you all so much.

This company should not be trusted for what should be a very special occasion. The jewelry is so cheaply made, it breaks quickly and they will insist you only get it repaired with them. They then lie to you about the cost of repairs. Buy your diamond from a lab and go to a local goldsmith that deserves your money. My fiancé and I were not so lucky. Whoever runs this company should be ashamed.

The rings are stunning. I'm no jewelry expert, but I've honestly never seen rings that sparkle and shine like this wedding set does. I contacted them a few times during the process and always received a response very quickly.

I was really happy with my ring when I received it, but the white gold quickly eroded in the back. I was very careful with it. take it off when I go to bed and I don’t wear it daily…so that was surprising. I was very disappointed with the quality of the white gold.
Response from MiaDonnaNov 30, 2022
Hello Monica, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with how the gold is wearing. White Gold is naturally yellow gold mixed with other metals to give it the white look. It is not unusual for a yellow tinge to show through, especially since people are using hand sanitizer a lot more these days. We would be happy to take a look and we can do a rhodium dip on the ring to make it nice and white again. Often a rhodium dip is needed once a year but can be more often if the ring is not removed whilst washing and sanitizing. I would be more than happy to help you with this. Please reach out to [email protected] and we can get the process started for you.

I'm very well pleased with my Aspen Men's Wedding Band; the band fits as expected. I love the simplicity of design and the degree of craftsmanship. I'm very proud and delighted to wear it alongside my wife's Bianca Wedding Set.

My experience with MiaDonna was great. Customer service worked with me the whole time when I had questions. I had the ring shipped to UPS to avoid fears of it being stolen or delivered to the wrong address. My fiancé is so happy with her ring and how much it shines and sparkles. I work in the anti-trafficking field and ensuring that there was no labor exploitation (I selected a lab diamond) was extremely important to us both. I will need to get it resized a small bit, but they will do that for free. I was able to get the ring within 4 weeks of ordering it.
