September 2024 I bought an engagement ring from Mia Donna. It was a beautiful piece with a lab grown diamond and at the time I couldn't have been more thrilled. Unfortunately exactly 1 year later, literally on our wedding day (October 2025), the main stone fell out of the ring setting. We were able to retrieve the main stone, but it was extremely frustrating that the large diamond fell out barely a year after buying it. Keep in mind this is a $4000 ring and, as a married couple, we want to keep it in good condition for many decades to come. Either way, it was our wedding day so we chose to laugh. I contacted Mia Donna and basically got a "send it back to us at your own discretion, you'll have to pay for a stone replacement among other fees" type of reply. We still had the main stone, and didn't want to pay another X-thousand dollars, so we ended up going to a local jeweler instead and got the broken prong fixed. Fast forward another year later, to just last week (September 2026), and the other prongs broke! Literally 2 separate jewelry fault experiences within 2 years of purchase. My wife is afraid to wear it now because we don't want to jeopardize losing the main stone. Wish I could trust Mia Donna with the repair, but I'm afraid to be out more money with no improved longevity on the jewelry. Overall my disappointments have grown in time enough for me to share my experience. Purchase with caution.

After multiple emails back and forth, I decided to move forward with a different company. The attention to detail is severely lacking. I gave detailed notes with an inspiration image, and they generated a CAD detail of my inspiration pic, rather than incorporating any of the changes I asked for. When I expressed that the image was incorrect and restated my notes, they asked what was wrong with it twice. At that point, they had the exact details written out three times. Very frustrating overall

I visited to get an old necklace polished ahead of a family function. It returned all sparkled up but with its original elegance intact. The level of attention they give each piece can be seen from the end product.

I want to start by saying that I spent months researching ethical jewelers before choosing MiaDonna. The mission resonated with me, the reviews were strong, and I felt confident enough to spend nearly $5,000 across two purchases. That trust made this experience all the more disappointing. The ring arrived, and it was perfect, but it did not fit my partner. No issue there -- sizing is hard to get right online, and MiaDonna advertises free resizing up to one size above or below. I reached out to begin that process. What I was not prepared for was learning that the ring I purchased is a "new style" for MiaDonna, and that due to its thickness and channel-set stones, they are not certain it can be resized at all. None of this is disclosed anywhere in the product listing or description. There is no note that the ring is a new design, no caveat on the free resizing policy for certain styles, nothing. To find out whether a resize is even possible, I am expected to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket to ship the ring back for evaluation. Best case, the resize works and I absorb the shipping cost. Worst case, I pay to ship a $2,400 ring back and forth and receive it in the same condition it arrived, still not fitting. The customer service representative I worked with was kind and clearly doing her best within the constraints she was given. This is not about her. This is about a policy that was not disclosed at purchase and a situation that puts the entire financial risk on the customer. I will be taking the ring to a local jeweler for an independent evaluation. I will not be purchasing from MiaDonna again. If you value transparency in your jewelry buying experience, I'd encourage you to ask pointed questions about resizing policies before purchasing -- especially for newer styles.

I ordered a yellow gold ring in my size and got a white gold ring that’s way too big. Has to be ATLEAST a whole size bigger than what it’s supposed to be. I waited three weeks for my wedding ring and I was really disappointed. The picture in the advertisement also looks like the band is much thicker and the ring I got has a super thin band. Ultimately I wish I would’ve shopped local. I have to go get my ring fixed, I can’t wear it and it’s the wrong metal color and that can’t be fixed.

Excellent product and excellent service!

Beautiful ring, goes great with my round solitaire. Once completed, shipping was fast. Packaging was lovely, they included a jewelry cleaner in the box as well.
