I don’t usually give reviews or anything but this company is amazing. I got my bestfriend a necklace with her dog on it and it was perfect! They printed then laminated both the original picture then the outlined picture, sent a gift bag it was all so perfect. Me and my bestfriend love it

Custom pet necklace
I ordered one of the custom pet necklaces in the beginning of December for my dog that had passed April 2023, I was hesitant at first because I didn’t know how it would turn out but when it arrived I couldn’t be happier. The necklace itself is very accurate, and I wear it everyday so the chain quality is definitely worth it. My package also came with a laminated picture that I used for the order that I did not pay for, and the packaging was very nice. The only thing that i’d say was a bit annoying was the delivery time, like I said I ordered it in the beginning of December and it came at the end of the month but other than that i’d definitely order again.

Dear Chelsea, Thank you for sharing your experience on Trustpilot. We're thrilled to hear you love the custom pet necklace! Your understanding about the delivery time is appreciated. We're actively improving it post-holidays, with orders expected to arrive within 2 weeks. We're glad the necklace exceeded expectations, and the complimentary laminated picture was a nice touch. Thank you for choosing Pup Necklace—we look forward to serving you again! Best, Matt Director, Pup Necklace
