I Recently received my Tyra wedding set and I am flawed ! It is so beautiful . I was recently a victim of a robbery and my engagement ring and wedding band were stolen from my home. I was absolutely devastated. After being married for 10 years, having a baby and buying a home, I knew we couldn't afford to replace the original set. When I learned about Mia Donna and saw the Tyra wedding set on their website I was ecstatic. They are almost identical to my original set and so affordable . There wonderful customer service staff help me make my final decision. When they came in the mail my husband surprised me by proposing all over again, I couldn't stop crying. These rings truly meant a new beginning for us after such a traumatic event. They are even more beautiful than my original set that my husband paid over 20 thousand dollars for. I love both my engagement ring and wedding band! There isnt a matching band for my engagement ring, but I love the mix and match style so we decided to go with one of the vintage style bands and i couldnt be happier! Definitely recommend this company to anyone! And i love the fact that they are conflict free diamonds!

Went in to Mia Donna to see if I could find something special for my 60th/retirement. As soon as you walk in you feel the different experience they offer. First it's private 1:1. You can view several prices at once. Sales person isn't just showing one at a time. Refreshments offered, no pressure sales even though I kept changing my mind. I did purchase the Crown ring with a 2.5 alexandrite. Proud to own and tell everyone about the experience.

My fiancée adores her ring. Customer service was great! Had to return the ring for a resize and they were very helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork. Turnaround was fast and service was professional! Recommended!!

Paid to resize my ring. A day went by and no communication as to how to send my ring in. After reaching out to follow up, they finally responded with instructions on how to send them the ring and they provided me with the packaging slip. Due to that delay in communication, I was told my ring would be returned by 1-day shipping instead of 2, as a courtesy. Unfortunately, my ring took forever to make it there as it was shipped via awful USPS. Was supposed to be 2-day shipping, but it was more like 7 - not Miadonna's fault, but that was the most reasonable priced way to send it insured. Miadonna did not offer the option at the beginning to just purchase shipping through them, which was a bit frustrating, as that would have alleviated my shipping problems in getting the ring to them. After my ring finally arrived to them, it took more than 2 days to resize, if I remember correctly. Then, of course, it was shipped back to me 2-day instead of 1, as promised at the beginning. When I initially inquired before doing all this, I was told by customer service that it's 2 days to ship it there - which is why I was confused as to why they didn't offer the option to ship to them through them - 2 days for repair, and then 2 days to ship it back. My entire process was a little less than 2 weeks.

Purchased two sapphires from MiaDonna and had an excellent experience. Staff was very helpful in assisting in my selection. Actually had to return my first purchase to buy stones one size larger. Process was easy and no delays or complications.
