I worked with Alexa to get the ring that would end up being the ring that I judged all others. Alexa was very helpful and patient especially with a guy with more than 50 questions about size, color and how long it would take to arrive. I placed the order, received conformation and updates as the ring was being crafted. When It arrived a week before I was to propose, I was very happy and concerned....How do I keep it hidden without fiance finding it........The proposal went without a hitch and my fiance LOVES the ring and cant keep from blinding me with it....Thanks!

I ordered a fancy pink diamond. Waited weeks for its arrival just to find an empty ring box and a certification paper for a different diamond that what I purchased. I contacted them to send me my diamond ASAP. They are putting in a claim with there insurance for the loss of a diamond they didn't even ship and are telling me I cannot get my refund or a diamond shipped until they get paid from insurance. Not impressed at all. Scam alert.

I had a custom design created for my now fiancé and The experience was great Linley was amazing to deal with, the only little hiccups we had was copping a $645 Australian customs charge when our parcel hit Australia (if not paid we would not get our ring) this had nothing to do with Miadonna just something Aussies need to remember when purchasing. And our ring we asked for a "J" size and it was made an "i" not to worry our local jewler has resized it for $100 after he cut it off, maybe just a mix up in the conversion. But the ring!! when we got it Miadonna your photos on your website and Instagram don't capture the high quality and pure craftsmanship of your jewlery it took our breath away, her words "it's more sparkly than I could have ever imagined" thank you so much to everyone who was part of the process. I think she loves her ring more than she loves me lol
