I had the fortune of getting my engagement ring from this company, all I can tell is that my ring is BEAUTIFUL!! Everybody always has a comment on it and even people that I don't know have asked me where my husband got my ring. I think I get better quality and better service than with any other company in this industry. I also had to re-size my set and the service was incredible, within a few days I had my ring back with the perfect size and super shiny. Excellent company!!

Diamond Hybrid was easily detectable by a jeweler as being a Diamond Simulant. Diamond tester did not even register its lowest reading. Jeweler Tested a Moissanite and diamond tester registered very strong reading. Paid extra for expedited shipping and the Miadonna's refund was was not of complete purchase order as their website states that it will deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount. The problem with that is that the shipping charges were that were paid were for expedited shipping is paid in addition to what Miadonna says it would deduct from the refund. So if a customer pay for expedited shipping and returns the item, the customer pays for shipping twice.In short, Shipping is free only if you don't return the item. Not good business.

I can't say enough how much I appreciated the experience with MiaDonna. They go out of their way to answer questions and make you feel so special as a customer. The quality of the products is second to none, and they are so fast and efficient with everything. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love MiaDonna. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience meeting Linley and picking out my engagement ring. When I needed it resized the mailing process was easy and efficient, and I received my perfectly polished, resized ring so quickly! When we bought our wedding bands online, we had another great experience. Linley is so helpful and friendly and she genuinely cares about you and your special purchase. I love the practices of this truly eco-friendly, conflict-free jeweler. They were recommended to me by a friend and now I see why she raved about them. I can't say enough about how much I love this company!

Perfectly satisfied even though everything didn't go perfectly. My husband accidentally sized his right hand instead of his left, which was slightly larger. And even though I was given an opportunity to review my order I didn't notice my bands were ordered in the wrong color gold. Mistakes happen, from the customer side and company side. Here's where a company really shows you what they are made of. They promptly had us into the showroom, corrected our order and even sent me home with a sample band so I didn't have to wear my engagement ring solo. I love everything this company stands for. I am very pleased with the Sapphire ring I ordered in Platinum. The color is deep and rich....a earth mined stone of the same quality would have been prohibitively expensive. Service was on the timeline promised and came packaged well.
