I chose to purchase the Empress engagement ring with a gorgeous oval diamond center-stone. The ring is just incredible. I planned on proposing in Hawaii and I needed the ring before our departure flight. The ring took longer then I expected, but it arrived the day before we left. So, give yourself an extra couple weeks. Customer service was good. I feel great about the purchase, and even better, she said yes!

The rep that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The product exceeded my expectations. I'll recommend this shop to anyone that I know is ring shopping. The only recommendation I have is to optimize the website for mobile browsers, but that is very minor.

Hi Lee, Thank you for leaving your review. We're so happy you love your ring, and I'm truly thrilled to hear you enjoyed the service we provided throughout your purchasing process. With regards to the mobile issues, I'm so glad you mention this as I couldn't agree more. To fix the issue, we'll be rolling out a new responsive user experience later this year which we're all excited about. I'd love to add you to our list of beta testers to check out the site prior to launch. If you're interested, please drop me an email at [email protected]. All the best and thank you once again for choosing MiaDonna. Kindest Regards, Andrew (General Manager)

I spent a lot of time emailing Linley back and forth until I was able to decide on what ring I wanted to have custom made. I opted for the Elsa setting in 14K rose gold, with an oval cut morganite stone set horizontally. Linley was very prompt in getting back to me and I was excited to pick up my ring and meet her in person at the same time. I'm really happy with the beauty and quality of the ring, and the exceptional service I received.

Hi, I purchased the princess cut 2 ct princess cut 'Honey' in Palladium for my wife's 20th anniversary. When we contacted MiaDonna we were sent a ring sizer with instructions. As it turns out, the stone is big and spins on her finger (normal). When we asked about sizing - we specifically asked about Bishop Balls as we were afraid to actually size the ring. That would be at a 'cost' and we would have to pay to ship the ring back. I can do that here at a local jeweler and not pay the 'cost' of shipping it back. The ring was not 'inexpensive' and you would think (given the price of the setting) that MiaDonna would do that for their customers. Beautiful piece - just disappointed in the response.

Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to write your review - I am so glad to hear your wife loves the ring! Because we are a web-based company, we are not able to cover shipping costs for standard maintenance such as ring sizing, polishing, center stone tightening, etc. The information related to costs associated with sizing a ring can be viewed here on our website: http://www.miadonna.com/t-engagement-ring-size.aspx. You are welcome to take your ring to a local jeweler should you prefer not to ship back in to us - please note that work done on your ring by a third party jeweler will alter your Lifetime Guarantee warranty coverage. Please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have relating to this. Kindest Regards, Linley MiaDonna & Co. 503.336.1581

After careful and very serious research we had wanted to find a jeweler that not only had creative and beautiful jewelry. We really wanted to be conscientious of the product. All the above led us to MiaDonna. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. From all the information available from their website. Not just the jewelry, but the mission. They educate you as well as impress you with their products and customer service. Their showroom is welcoming, again the customer service from Linley was exceptional. The jewelry was very diverse. The options on cut, clarity, size, stones. Again, all exceptional. We had been shopping for the right engagement set for over 6 months and found ourselves the most magnificent set within an hour. When we asked Linley for advice regarding the stone size in our setting. She was honest, never tried to oversell us . We couldn't be happier, and of course we will be back for HIS ring.

Awesome experience. The ring arrived earlier than expected and was stunning. The only complaint if you could call it that is that the ring box was kind of big and hard to conceal. Will absolutely be ordering more from them.
