I wanted to reach out to you personally, since I corresponded with you originally, and apologize for not giving you the experience you had hoped for. You are absolutely correct; we should have provided you with an update sooner that your ring was not going to be shipped to you within the original time frame. While we were trying to get the remade ring out to you within a timely manner, we should have provided you with additional updates. I pulled up your order information and it shows that you ordered the Traditional with the 4 prong head, however our internal paperwork shows you were sent this ring with a 6 prong head. Our sincere apologies for this oversight; if you would like to return the ring and have the 6 prong head switched out for a 4 prong, we would be happy to take care of this for you complimentary. We strive to provide the best service and highest quality product possible to our customers, though unfortunately from time to time, human error can occur. While we sincerely wish we could go back and provide you with the perfect ring for your proposal, at this point we want do anything within our power to turn this into a positive experience for you. With all of this information clearly provided throughout our site, I’m confused as to why and how you feel we’ve misrepresented the quality or make-up of the Diamond Hybrid®.
