I highly recommend MiaDonna & Company to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring and wedding band. My fiancé purchased the engagement from a pin I found on Pinterest. It was initially a half size too big. I contacted the company to coordinate the resizing. The lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She gave me step by step instructions. I was able to send my ring to them; within the week I had it back on my finger. Their quick response time and continuous updates made for the experience to go smoothly. Due to their wonderful service I decided to order a wedding band from their site and received it within the week. All rings are made at the time of order and therefore it was extremely nice to have the ring so soon. I have nothing bad to say about this company and highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a diamond hybrid I was a little skeptical at first, but after doing my research and reading all the reviews, help me to make my decision and I am not disappointed. I have received so many compliments, the brilliance of the diamond hybrid is unbelievable. I wanted a solitaire to go with my diamond wedding band, but I couldn't afford the size I wanted in a regular diamond. The diamond hybrid is affordable and beautiful, it's a diamond like no other. Started the search early and someone was right there with me every step of the way as we created the ring over the course of about 4-5 months. It only took that long because of me wanting to pick the absolute best and they didnt rush me at all, and as soon as I was ready to place an order I had the ring <10 days later. Only wish I wasnt the last of my friends to get married so I could send them all to Mia Donna instead of wherever they went, because I know their experience wasnt as good as mine...it couldnt have been

The try at home rings was a very easy and exciting experience. My boyfriend and I liked the idea to have the opportunity to look at some of Miadonna's exquisite rings. It also helped me know what I liked and looked good on my finger and what wasn't working for me. The customer service was excellent!

Hello! Thanks for the ring that I got from MiaDonna! I received the ring on Juni 3. ( due to issues with FedEx in Finland) and since then. The more I look at the ring, the more I like it. I was expecting a beautiful ring that I saw in the pictures< but in reality the ring was even better! Thank you very much for what you are so pleased with women! I LOVE IT!!!

My fiancé never wanted a diamond that could have possibly been a blood diamond, so we were very happy when we heard of Mia Donna through a Facebook add. After much research on the company, we decided to purchase her ring, a 1.5 diamond hybrid round with a rose gold traditional band. The ring is stunning. My fiancé gets complements on the rings beauty daily. We could not be more happy with the purchase. However, with that being said, the process of getting the ring was one of the worst online experiences I've ever had. I was emailed almost immediately after the online purchase and told the ring would be shipped in 7-10 business days. About a week later I was emailed saying that the stone chipped while being set and that they had no more 1.5 carat hybrids in their inventory. They did give me the option of a 1.25 or a 2 carat replacement, neither of which I wanted. I told them I'd wait for the 1.5, and they upgraded my shipping to overnight. All in all it took 6 weeks to get the ring. The woman I emailed with back and forth, Alexa, was very helpful, accommodating, and apologetic for the situation. My final words are this: gorgeous ring that was well worth the wait.
