I'd like to thank and commend Metropolitan for their service and support in ensuring that our elementary school students were able to enjoy their end of year skating experience. The sales coordinator (Dave Lee) and dispatch were patient and responsive to us when coordinating our trip, and worked with us through the unexpected challenges that can happen when transporting hundreds of children. It's not the first time our non-profit agency has worked with Metropolitan, and it certainly won't be the last. Thank you Metropolitan for a positive and supportive experience. I would like to thank Mr. Ben Knowlton of Metropolitan Shuttle for listening to our needs and going the extra mile to make sure that the Women of Faith Victory & Freedom Ministries, Erwin Memorial AME Zion Church and all the other ministries represented were well taken care of. Mr. Gene was our Spiritual Pilot who drove us to Sevierville, TN and the Pastor of FVF Ministries and his Armor Bearer that escorted us in and out of the mountains. I've never rode a bus before other than a school bus. Mr. Gene of Metropolitan Transportation was my driver to Tennessee and he took us up the mountain. He was the perfect gentleman by helping us on and off the bus, loading our bags, and making sure we were comfortable on our long trip. I felt safe on his bus.

"WOW", What to say, this was one of the best experiences that I have had . Our bus driver Mr.Gene was a perfect gentleman. He Made sure that our group was comfortable in every way possible. This was my first experience with this company and I must say we couldn't picked anyone else to top the service we recieved. Mr. Gene is hands down the best of the best. That was the smoothest ride to the mountains. He was so polite and very patient with us all. Even one of the gentleman in our neighboring cabin offered to write him a review because he couldn't believe that he made all the turns perfectly to get us up that mountain. Great service metropolitan shuttle and by far the best driver is Mr. Gene.
