We rented a charter bus from Metropolitan Bus Company and paid for a deluxe charter bus and we received a step up from a school bus. When i contacted them for a 25% discount 7 days no one has responded. The bus was to have a bathroom and nice high back reclining seats and it had neither. Very Very disappointing and to have no one respond. Take your money and run is the motto of this company.

Metropolitan staff were professional, courteous and highly responsive to our needs. The local bus company driver's were patient with our tardiness and professional and courteous in dealing with our clients. Definitely will reach out to Metropolitan for future ground transportation needs.

We received excellent service from each person involved with our experience. We had to request a date change which they were able to accommodate for us and communication throughout the process was excellent. Our driver was extraordinary both in his expertise with the bus as well as his professional and accommodating demeanor. The entire day went as perfectly as we had hoped. The students enjoyed the field trip and all of our expectations were met and exceeded. We would not hesitate to call Metropolitan when we need such service in the future.
