Metropolitan ShuttleReviews of metropolitanshuttle.com

We used metropolitan shuttle for my wedding in VA. The service was fine and they were on time. However, the two star review comes from the fact that in our contract we requested a bus with A/C and a bus showed up that didn't have A/C.... despite the fact that it was 85 degrees, the manager only agreed to give us 10% refund on the service and considered this an "amenity issue." For this reason I would not use them again.

We hired Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding. We requested 3 school buses to shuttle all of our guests to and from the hotel and venue in the DC area. The buses were almost an hour late, which delayed the entire ceremony. The company never followed up to see how the event went and we will not be recommending them in the future.

On our return trip we were picked up by a bus that was old, ratty, and smelled of smoke. Driver made offensive comments in front of passengers. I have reported this to Metropolitan in February but have not heard from company. Assume they don't care what I think

The bus driver was very kind and on time. He was by far the best part of my experience with this company. When trying to book this bus, I gave them my credit card number and paid for the trip. They called me the day of the event telling me they couldn't find my credit card expiration date and when they got it they charged me twice. I had to give them a bank statement before they believed me and sent the bus.

Our venue was hard to work with, but the shuttle company was not compliant and would threaten us in order to get to sign faster.
