We had Mr. Gene he was a remarkable bus driver. I had major surgery but the driver was very smooth not rough when he took us to the mountains Friday anf bought us back Monday with the Lords help. It was the first time I ever rode on this busline and i must say we enjoyed this trip my mother and I. We will be back again I gave the bus driver 5 stars he deserved more. He was very patient with all those women. Lol Thank You Mr. GENE!!!!

They must have subleased the contract to local bus company. One of the bus had not show up on time without notification. When I called the driver, he said the bus was broke down on the way. I canceled the bus since we can't use it on time and requested for a refund. They refuse to refund and saying the traffic cause the lateness and no refund. They are breach the contract since they did not keep the itinerary on schedule. They offered a credit $500 toward the next lease instead a refund $1,210. This was the worst experience with a charter bus company I have had. Later, after I claimed through BBB, they responded with a refund. I wish they treated the customer right at the first time. Although one of the other bus served us on that day was dirty and smelly which I was displeased, the driver was very friendly and nice that made me a smile.

I worked with an individual named Faad who was beyond helpful in the process. I could not recommend the organization more and I recommend it to any event organizer that needs large scale transportation.

We have been using Metropolitan Shuttle now for three years for our hockey camps in various states on the eastern seaboard. By now, we have worked with a number of customer service reps at the company and our experience has been excellent. We wouldn't think of going with anyone else!

The driver fulfilled all responsibilities in a professional manner

We had to book a shuttle within days of our local trip, and Faad and the rest of the Metropolitan Staff were so helpful and quick. Within a few minutes we had a quote and they processed our payment almost immediately. There were no hassles. Our trip, which took place at the end of the week, was absolutely delightful. Mr. Jerry took such good care of us - making sure that we were as close to our entrances as usual, and waiting patiently during our tours. Our students found him very charming and considerate. Furthermore, the shuttle bus was an executive shuttle, much better than anything we expected. We all arrived safely and are content. I definitely will call them again for my next bus service.

On our return trip we were picked up by a bus that was old, ratty, and smelled of smoke. Driver made offensive comments in front of passengers. I have reported this to Metropolitan in February but have not heard from company. Assume they don't care what I think
