DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They RUINED the first half of our wedding. The driver was supposed to be with us for 7 hours to make unlimited trips back and forth from the hotel to the venue. He made one trip with 5 people and then disappeared! By the time I got his company and him on the phone and he arrived back at the venue, all of my guests had already taken Uber and Lyft cars from the hotel back to the venue, many of them missing my entire cocktail hour. If you care about the event you are planning and you want it to go well, DO NOT EVER HIRE METROPOLITAN SHUTTLE. They have been unresponsive since their enormous screw-up, basically blaming me / the venue and barely responding to my multiple emails and phone calls. This company should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers, and they should get out of the 'hospitality' business immediately. I have even gone so far as to email the CEO and he hasn't responded to me either; it's clear that the culture of crappy service in this company emanates from the top down. My next step will be contesting their charges with the credit card company. This company should never get another dollar from any hard working individual.

When we decided to use the bus service we worked with a man who has since "left". He was very helpful at first but stopped responding to calls and emails as soon as we sent in our check. We were told that he had been out sick, but to this day has still not contacted me. My sister was finally able to get ahold of you and confirmed our reservation. I continued to get more frustrated in the days leading up to the wedding when we still did not have basic details and no one was contacting me. On Saturday my sister was told that we would "definitely" receive the details in an email by 5pm. 5pm came and went without an email. She was then told that she was to receive the information by the end of the night, which also did not happen. It wasn't until early Sunday afternoon that we received contact information, after hours of trying to reach someone. The bus driver was on time to the hotel at 4:00. However, she did not have a GPS but instead had printed directions. She still got lost and had to pull to the side of the road before arriving at the destination. We had arranged for 2 trips, but the driver was unaware of this and we had to inform her. She then returned to the hotel and picked up the second group of passengers at 5:30, when our wedding ceremony was scheduled to start. Our wedding was consequentially delayed by nearly 45 minutes as she once again got lost on the way to the venue during the second trip. At the end of the night, the driver refused to drive down the venue's driveway (as she had done twice earlier in the day) and we had to walk a quarter mile to the bus. Once on board, she refused to make more than one trip to the hotel. We explained that this would leave half of our guests stranded with no means to get to the hotel, and the driver's response was "that's not my problem." My entire family was left behind when we had an after party to go to, which they did not attend because they arrived back at the hotel hours after us at their own expense. I completely regret using MS and spending nearly $1000. I lost an hour of my wedding day that I will never get back. I have never received such poor customer service, especially for such an important event. My wedding was on 9/3, and as of 10/18 I still have not received my security deposit back or been able to file for a full refund.

We had a great experience using MS for our trip from FL to northern KY to visit these attractions. We worked with Alusaine Yansaneh who provided professional services to book our trip and give us a great deal. We were extremely pleased with our driver, Arthur Light, who was an excellent driver and provided great customer service during our five day trip. He was accommodating to our group, always had the bus serviced, loaded and ready to leave at our departure times. I highly recommend this company if you have need of charter services.

I have used this company in the past, flawless service, great experience. This last time, not so great. I booked a shuttle with Tyler and thought we were all set. The driver was late, did not give updates as to the situation and basically ruined a wedding reception with guests having to ferry each other to a wedding reception with no on street parking. And then the driver states she is leaving early. WOW! Tyler promised to help see this matter thru, put us in touch with another person. I have in writing that a refund is forthcoming VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THIS MATTER HAS BEEN HANDLED. Update - We were asked to revise our review in order to get our refund, here it is. They finally made good with refund.

I would definitely recommend Metropolitan Shuttle to anyone that is looking to schedule transportation for an event or meeting. Francis Hebron (contact at Metro) was very helpful, responsive, friendly and did his best to ensure our company received the best pricing for our transportation needs. We had two separate events during the same week and Metro Shuttle helped everything to run smoothly. They provided two exceptional drivers for us (Cleo and Jim) - both were very professional, friendly, experienced and created a positive experience for all of our attendees. We will definitely utilize Metro Shuttle again in the future! Thank you again.

Mr. Christopher Trower was very helpful with assiting with our group needs. After such a terrible hurricane Irma our trip was totally change. Chris was able to help us rearrange with a different bus company time and date。 So that our 70 people of the group, to successfully complete our trip. Thank you very much for his help.

Tyler was beyond helpful with assiting with my needs. After such a terrible experience with a different bus company, Tyler took the time to listen to that horrible past experience and made sure we would not have that experience again. Not only was my group in a time crunch but need multiple buses. Tyler ensure me that everything would work out, and personally dedicated himself to ensuring all of our needs would be met. Our group was beyond impressed with the service!! I will be personally recommending Tyler and metropolitan bus company to my network as well as the Dept of Ed!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave Lee for multiple events this past year. My company operates all over the United States and requires transportation for 100-250 people each event requiring anywhere between 2 to 5 buses. Working with Dave made coordinating each one of those events seamless, painless, and hassle free. He worked with us to get exactly what we needed, paid great attention to detail, and followed up if he needed anything else to ensure our trip ran smooth. The customer service he provides is incredible, and we will continue to use their service going forward.
