This is the second year we have used Metropolitan Shuttle to drive our employees to and from our annual Kickoff event. Everyone is pleasant to work with. I was especially grateful for Norbert Thompson (our account executive) for his responsiveness to my inquiries during the bidding process. The drivers were friendly and on time. We felt safe with them driving us.
