I was charged too much for my phone that was supposed to be free if I switched over the bill was supposed to be $100 what they charge me a hundred and seventy eight when you call to find out why they tell you to call the customer service but there is no customer service cuz they don't know what the hell's going on set my opinion about MetroPCS sucks balls really bad.

Poor quality phones. No follow-ups. Calling customer service means calling around the world and there is no point in obtaining anyone's ID. Their solution is always to get you to buy another phone. No company is offering you new phones to switch with them and leave Metro. Customer service could be so much better.

Called Customer Care to change my plan. That was done properly. I then requested to change my phone number. I was asked why. If I'm paying to change my number, it's nobody's business but mine. I explained that I was changing it due to nonstop unwanted calls and texts from numbers that I didn't know. Upon hearing my reason, a female service agent said she would apply a courtesy number change free of charge. Of course I was pleased and accepted. When it came time to pay my bill, the charge for changing my number was there and if I didn't pay it then I would have no phone service. That female service agent LIED to my face. Because Customer Care is outsourced to a foreign country, there is NO RECOURSE. I was bold face lied to, "I can go ahead and change your number without charge as a one-time courtesy." Lies! I put my total trust and faith into Metro PCS and was let down in a major way. When you call Customer Care, it's never in the US, it's outsourced, and you get lies.

MetroPCS costomer services today helped me so much. after having the worse holiday week ever, and everyone seemed to be so short and uncaring this week even at MetroPCS until Christopher actually heard me out, helped me understand what was going on and he actually cared. He turned my frown upside down and went beyond what I thought could be done and gave me 120% of great customer service. 😂😁😄

Can't keep an internet connection where I live. According to Metro I should not have any problems. That's all I have. They reset my phone and my service got disconnected. They kept saying it was the phone. It was their service that said that my number was disconnected not my phone. They fixed it after I went on Facebook and explained what happened. I've had to replace a new phone in less then 45 days after getting it, almost replaced this one. I've been with metro since the end of summer. I've spent more hours a day fighting with the service at home than anything else. When it takes hours or over night to down load an app, something is really wrong. I live about 3-4 blocks from downtown. It's not like I live out in the middle of know where. Two hours to watch one episode if family Guy. Really. I went downtown to the middle of all the highest buildings, down loaded two apps in less than 5 seconds. There is a cell tower across the street nothing blocking, cell tower a couple of blocking from here the only thing in-between is houses, a cell tower a couple of blocks in the other direction nothing but houses and small business. If that is not bad enough. Some how right before my bill is due, my bill starts going up for no reason. When I call and question, I get several different reasons why, and as I give my feed back on that reason is not a real reason then they proceed to give me another reason which is not fact. The MetroPCS stores where I live. They are the worst, rude. When my phone was disconnected I went to the closest MetroPCS store. They refused to call customer service and help me get my phone back on. They didn't want to tie up their phone it's for customers that are calling. I'm a customer. What is really going on. Did you know using MetroPCS as browser is unsecure. Only https:// are secure. MetroPCS is http://. I'm starting to think they pull this it's your phone nonsense so I would go buy a new phone. This one is only two months old. When the first phone did this all they would say was it's under warranty. So I called ZTE, they wanted me to mail the phone from California to Texas. I'd be without a phone for roughly 19 days. MetroPCS told me that they would authorize a new phone for me and mail that phone to ZTE in Texas's. Well ZTE new nothing about that at all, they don't do that. So why are customer representatives at MetroPCS telling their customers that ? I could go on for days and days about what I've had to go through since I switched to MetroPCS.

I was recently having issues getting in to my Metro account to adjust my rate plan yeah. I had tried multiple stores and was not happy at all with the customer service I received. I finally made my way to the Metro PCS on the San Souci Parkway and Hanover Township Pennsylvania & I couldn't have been happier with the staff there. They are the nicest people, they went above and beyond to help me out and get me into my account despite it taking nearly a half an hour they continued until they were able to assist me. Wonderful staff! It's a shame more locations don't have fantastic people like the ones they have at that store

My family and I had been customers of Metro PCS for over 10 years when they just started.The only way that you can have them take you seriously is if you complain to the FCC. They provide their unsatisfied, frustrated customers with a free upgrade and some credits to ease the frustration. Fast forward two years after our complaint, we still experienced unreliable service, dropped calls, no signal, no incoming/outgoing texts, etc. There are known for using deceptive business tactics to avoid being fined for scamming many customers. They enjoy lying to the FCC and only helping their customers until the case is closed. As paying customers, it is disturbing to tolerate unreliable, poor service and to deal with a carrier who could not care less. Don't bother voicing your concerns via their social media pages or their corporate office, they do not care. Fortunately, we switched to a carrier that values customer loyalty. The fact that there are so many negative reviews online for Metro PCS speaks volumes.

You can't beat the prices. However, you can beat the website with a sledge hammer sometimes. It's pitiful. My bill is always the same
