If I could give them a -50 I would. MetroPCS is the worst cell phone service I ever experienced. I cracked my phone screen. They sent me out another old phone that could not be activated. Every time I go to the Metro PC office there is an issue where they can’t help you or the office is just closed because they stepped away and went to lunch with no sign or nothing on the door. Why have you call 611 if you have to be transferred to Metro PCS customer service!!!! it’s just awful. They need to shut down the whole company. 😡

I have been with Metro Pcs for almost 20 yrs. I don't have a problem with the service. My issue is the phone upgrading. I have the Revvl 7 and it's starting to act up, so I was looking to get an Upgrade. No such thing as an Upgrade without changing your number or paying full price for another phone. I remember when you could get a Free Upgrade after 3 mos. Not anymore. I'm so disappointed in Metro. How is it an Upgrade when you go from Revvl 7 to Samsung A16? That's a Down-grade. I guess maybe I need to go with another company. I need to hurry and get another phone before my Revvl 7 stops working all together.

The NLR east Broadway location is a joke I walked this morning itto talk to them about my bill and the man behind the counter didn't even even greet me when I walked in I had a question about me bill he didn't even ask me my name or phone number he was very rude bad customer service had a bad attitude me and my family and friends will be leaving fir better customer service we will be taking our business elsewhere you can't run a business with a attitude if I could rate that man customer service I would give him a zero no stars with out customer your business Will fail and if you got service with them look at your bill carefully

I attempted to buy a phone through this company, and it was a disaster. I provided my shipping address, yet they sent the phone to the wrong place. I called three different representatives and got three different, conflicting answers at every step. I was bounced between them and UPS, with empty promises that never materialized. Now, the phone’s been sent back to the warehouse. Instead of a straightforward fix, I’m waiting weeks for a refund and will have to reorder the phone. The process was not just arduous. It was egregious. This company’s process is simply not safe. They offered a $10 credit for all this hassle, an insult after they caused the problem. Think twice before putting your trust in them.

The phone plans are ok, but when it comes to customer service - at their authorized stores, over the phone or via chat on their website - TERRIBLE!!! Frustrating, disappointing, not helpful, with attitude, not customer oriented at all!!! And that is the only reason i dropped them and will never go back nor i will recommend anybody to go with Metro!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with Metro PCS customer service. I pay $45 a month for internet service, but it completely fails to work. I contacted customer service, and they explicitly told me they would fix my internet issue. However, nothing has changed. Every time I get back home, I literally have to go out and buy a separate prepaid network card just to get online because my Metro internet is non-existent. I am paying for a service I am not receiving, and customer service has failed to resolve the problem. I’m not even blaming the Reps. They have to constantly lie to cover up what’s going on with the Network. It sucks paying for a service you don’t get. I don’t want to leave Metro PCS, but I really need Internet at home.

40 plus waiting to for a representative to tell me they don't know why I'm getting charge extra
