MetroPCSReviews of metropcs.com

Actually my review is minus a star. Her name is Jay ID number is 281-00977 she is a supervisor there and it was my eighth time calling because I had 2 months of non-working internet that I paid for. No help they troubleshooted me I'm stressed out I've called so many times and they are denying me a refund do not go with this company. And Jay is an unprofessional supervisor she did not take care of my problem.

Please save your time and do NOT go to this metro PCS store. MetroPCS Address: 19498 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, Fl 34601 The "district manager" Romaro (if that's even what he is) is very spiteful and lies when giving you a "deal" and then sends you over to T-mobile. He trash talked the same store he sent us to without telling us he switched us in the first place. He took their commission and turned my mom away after she has been with them for almost 20 years with being with them. He lied the whole process about everything and when we went back in to return 1 of the 6 accessories he coerced my mother to buy, he did not allow us to even when we had the reicept and it was under 14 days. Basically, do not listen to anything this dude says, he knows how to talk friendly like he is the best manager in the world while trash talking the T-mobile across the street. Do not give in to the "PROMOTION" where you can upgrade your phones because the promotion is THROUGH T-Mobile NOT them. If you want that promotion, just go over to the T-Mobile across the street and give the people their credit. I'm glad my mother got switched (even behind her back) to T-Mobile and we can deal with a REAL manager named Devon at T-Mobile across the street. He was very respectful and professional even after hearing what the MetroPCS employees say about them. T-Mobile Address: 1220 S Broad St. Brooksville, FL 34601

I don't like metropcs because the home Internet sucks, they use to give you an extension on the Internet service now they don't which is hateful, all types of random people call your phone, metropcs sales your information, I would think twice before u start service with metropcs the assholes.

These Jerks told me I could have my old number just to get m,e to sign up then they give me a different number and refuse to refund my money ????

I have shared previously that the affordability of Metro PCs has made the difference of having a phone. The consistency of the phone service and stable pricing has been a lifeline. In addition, I recently had an experience where my phone was in such a bad state, it was beyond CPR needing triage. The gentleman ANY at the Lynnwood location brought it back to life just in time and even though he had warned me previously this day would come, I pushed it way past its usefulness. He was gracious and patient and if not for him, I literally would have no phone. I am very satisfied and grateful and can't say enough about Metro PCS.

I will recommend you not to get this company by far I have been with different companies during the years and MetroPCS is not what he used to be back in the beginning back in 2000s yes MetroPCS with something good and you could take advantage of opportunities and pay for your service the right way right now it's a worthless company when you don't get the service right and they won't treat you right they always lying and those can be out there stores have fun with that

I like the service and everything like that but I ordered a phone and i got the order number and tracking number well I track the package after maybe five days and it says package damaged contents discarded so I call metro and they said they will give me a refund I said ok... I forgot to mention that I ordered the phone on July 4th and I have been trying to get this problem resolved but it's August 3rd and I'm just very disappointed I feel let down cause I know metro can do better than that

I would rate it zero if I could. Idiots over seas cannot see the network outages here in the states and asked for my phones imei number when I inquired when the service would be back up. Why would you need that for a network service question? You don't. Don't trust them with my imei. They should be able to see that on their computer. Like how I can on the app. Dude had a lower than room temp IQ and it showed.
