Brought a new phone and out of nowhere I was having difficulties like not being able to receive or make phone calls and then my sim card could not be detected. I was helped by a resprentative by the name of Mariah, a rock star in her own right! I was on hold for like 2 seconds & she was so nice & helpful! I really appreciated her patience while I enlisted help to figure my phone out lol. All in all, she was really good! I was happily off the phone in 13 minutes, including getting to the right department & the hold. Kudos to Mariah & Metro PCS by T-Mobile!!

Metro PCS Store @215-35 Jamaica Ave, in Queens Village is the Best store...in customer service. Andrew went beyond salesmanship, and customer service. I just purchased an IPhone, in order to do Face Time with my 3 Grandsons. With great patience, he explained the new phone to me, as well as downloading numerous applications for me. Above and beyond! I would have been beside myself, if I had to do that myself. I'm a Grandmother (75), and technology is not my forte. So, a big Thank You to Andrew, and his coworker Yorman is another great rep. I highly recommend this Metro PCS store. Eileen in Queens Village.

MetroPCS was one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with for a phone company I bought my phone 2 weeks ago paid almost $100 plus insurance I go there today due to multiple problems with my phone and he tells me it's going to cost me $100 to replace it and then basically says I'm lying about what's going on with my phone I suggest strongly that if you decide you need a cell phone make MetroPCS your last stop under no circumstances do I suggest anybody does business with Metro PCS unless you just want to give away your money for free

FYI to all my friends and spread the word to your friends, Metro PCS would not refund my money for purchase of a NEW phone from 5 days ago, at a corporate store. They are the worst phone company and you can see since T-Mobile bought out Metro. Spread the word go to Verizon.

Due to when I purchase a phone and if something is wrong they try to figure out a way to say it works for me you don't have it all day like I do I have a new 2week old phone that is having issues with my phone keeps dimming my screen light poor reception slow intranet poor useless phone and I can't get another one trade in I'm upset cause they said I have to buy another one I'm about done with metro

I have used metro PC's for awhile now and I have mixed feeling's about them, in some ways they are a good company, but in alot of ways they are terrible, I like some of the apps that come with the phone, but I get alot of dropped calls, alot of dead spots when I'm trying to get online, bad signals, etc. I've tried going to customer service about this, and they don't have a answer on how to improve service at all, and when I encounter a problem with my phone, they always blame it on some app I've installed. I don't mind they're service plan, but everything else in my opinion is not the best, I ran into a huge problem when I upgraded my phone, the customer service representative tried to transfer my information, contacts, etc. and when I tried to use Amazon prime it wouldn't respond, so it took me 2 week's to finally get that working again. I'm not too impressed with metro PC's at all, but they have a few stores close to where I live, so I continue to stay with them, for now I'll just hide my time, but I will start looking for a different provider soon, to many problems.

I feel as if I'm fairly rational and forgiving when dealing with customer service reps and I just got off the phone with the rep for Metro PCS. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've been trying for months to change my payment method. I've been to three MetroPCS stores to change the information and make a direct payment in person. This is all that great personal sacrifice as I am running a business with this phone. Real mente está compañía es muy muy mala la cobertura no es la excelente que te disen cada ves que cambias tu dell en la tienda te cobran $17 si vas a 2 veces por día las dos veces te cobran quise usar un teléfono por 2 horas algo de emergencias llame a servicio al cliente no me pidieron ayudar son real mente malos los servicios que tiene es un 100% mejor CRICKET con CRICKET usas los teléfono que quieras desde la comunidad de tu casa o donde te encuentres no tengo que andar llamando para activar otro aparato ni tengo que ir a la tienda a pagar la cobertura de CRICKET es excelente no como metro pcs que detergente se recorta la llamada o estás sin servicio ellos dicen es el aparato es una falsa metro pcs está en un 1% de cobertura y de servicio en las tiendas si ya eres cliente te cobran asta por pagarles a ellos así que yo me regreso a CRICKET wirekes y hasta nunca metro pcs
