MetroPCSReviews of metropcs.com

Just wanted to say Victor was an excellent rep for Metro PCS that helped me out at your 401 E. Locust St, Davenport, Iowa Store. He helped me with two broke phones and I wanted to let him know thank you. I give Victor 10 stars for helping with a discount where I didn't have to pay all that money.

The service is decent for the most part. However, customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!! For one they out source their customer service. Atleast 40% of the times I call in to request a change in my account they mess up. I don't know if their English comprehension level is all there because I'm tired of having to call back in so they can fix the issue. On top of that they won't accommodate nor compensate for anything they do wrong. They sit there and tell you "I understand" and charge you for a mistake a representative made then expect you to pay. In what world does that exist!!!! I'll be going back to Verizon because this is ridiculous.. I'M DONE!!!!

I was very pleased with Metro by T Mobile today! Excellent customer service and Abraham was very helpful and extremely patient ! Excellent customer service! Thank You for all your help and your fabulous customer service! Thank You again! Love my new phone!

I've been with Metro PCS for 15 years now. Numerous phones and phone numbers but all under my name. It's crazy how your loyal customers get NO incentive but new ppl that come along get cheaper phones (even free phones) when they switch but we dont get free upgrades or free phones for hanging with you guys for yearrrrssss!!! I've talked friends and even family members Into switching to metropcs but... what's the point?? What do I get in return? Crazy...makes me wanna switch to Boost Mobile just to get a free phone.

I have been a metropcs customer for 5 year and experience dropped called and internet cuts off alwayd pay bill ahead of time.Im tiref of the bad service therefore im no longer gonna pay you guys and im gonna go witn anotherprovider

Sales rep from the Lake Mary, FL Store on Rhinehart hung up on me, Serious? I asked if he was a senior rep, he responded yes and I ask him a bandwidth question in which he had no clue and hung up. WOW! Very poor experience. Call was made at 1:42 pm eastern on 2/23/2020. I am going to take this review to the BBB, ConsumerAffairs,Yelp, Sitejabber, TrustPilot. People like this hurt companies! His name; Xavier....

I am very happy today because of this rep name Kelly. It was 11:30am = 11:45 am where she is. She went over and beyond her call of duty to assist me on this call. I was at first a bit out rate but being the professional that she is she handled it and me like a champion. I must give her customer kudos. She not only handled my first request and then assistant me with another issue. She provided me with excellent service. I must say she should get a raise because she is truly worth it. She is an outstanding customer service rep. She is saving your customers. She is truly doing her job and doing it really well. My cbr # 903-401-7662 my other account was 214-428-3147. My name is Shmeka Brooks.. I Hope That you all see this because I was a call center rep at a phone company for years, but I am now retired. # Customer kudos Rating is a 5 for her service. And yes to all the other questions.. thank you for your time.

This is the worst company ever.I bought a phone for my son and it stop working less then 3 weeks later. My son took it back where we bought and was told to go to store. They said the phone was defective and it should be replaced because of the warranty. I had my receipt and the customer service representative wanted me to pay 50.00 for a warranty. So you want me to pay for a warranty to fix a defective phone? That is the stupidest thing I ever heard. I left the phone on the counter and walked a way. I will be contacting the BBC on Monday.
