I have been with Metro PCS since 2012..same number. I called on today because like with so many Americans I have been laid off my job as well. I asked for one month to not be able to pay my cell bill. After friend told me she got two months without paying her bill with Metro PCS. They would not even help me!! The guy I spoke with, Said to me that they value me as a customer and appreciate my business. Well after speaker to him on today I know that's a lie. I think I'm going to take $60 and just get me a house phone.

Costumer service machine sucks. It doesnt transfer you to an agent. It keeps you on the line for long pierod of time and you get no where.

Zero stars they cut me off during this time of crisis so that let's me know I'm leaving them after this is over they don't care about their customers if T mobile can waive bills due to the corona virus what makes yall so dam special that y'all can't waive people's bill until this is over. Nah y'all greedy and sad.

I would give zero stars; but, they don't have an option for that. I have been a customer with Metro PCS for 11 years and my boyfriend has been with them for 12. After this Corona virus is over with, we are switching. They are probably going to lose a lot of customers; because, they are taking advantage of people during this time and charging a $30.00 late fee and if you can not pay it; they are turning off your phone. This company like many other companies are very greedy.

They are heartless during this time. Been a customer for 8 years. No empathy or consideration.

In these terrible times and the corona virus so many people are losing their jobs and like myself having to close down their small businesses for the safety of the public. So I was curious to see if metro was on board with many of the others that are giving folks the "grace" and time needed to make their payments! Sadly metro shut my phone off for nonpayment. I just paid the bill but I waited to see if they would be a company with a HEART because there are many folks out there struggling right now and to let them slide for an extra month wouldn't kill this company with all of their riches. Shame shame shame on you metro. You're a noble American company metro pcs 😂😂

I wouldn't even give 1 star during this pandemic metro offers no relief. My husband is sick in the hospital right now n all they worry about is money. I'm a loyal customer for 10 years and this is how u treat people during this crisis. I hate metro and everything you guys stand for go to hell!

Wouldnt even give them 1 star, all america has been hit with hardships due to the virus, and these buttholes do nothing to help keep families connected. My phone was shut off on the 16th due to financial troubles, yet all you get is bullcrap from these people. All other phone companies arent turning off service, yet these asshat dont care. Everyone should drop these greedy morons and go to another real company. Lets see when these lowlifes family and friends contract virus and bet they change policies then. You should be ashamed metropcs!
