Been with Metro for years constantly having the same problems calls dropping. Can't even get help at my Metro to see what the problem is. Worst service I ever had think I'll be switching to another service.

While checking my text messages this morning, since today is my birthday, I thought it odd that I had no wishes, as I normally do. With so much going on I just forgot to make my payment on the 1st., and without any alerts or reminders from Metro, its E-Z 2 forget. I give them a 1 out of 10 in the customer service dept.

I have been with Metro for about 4/5 years and never had any issues. However I do have a problem and honestly it is probably the same with all carriers- loyal customers do not get the same as new customers who have switched from another carrier. The Metro website shows at least 6 phones that they are giving to only new customers at no cost and I called customer service to see if they can give me a free phone as I am eligible for an ‘upgrade’. (Keep in mind I have 4 lines and only requested 1 phone.) First issue is customer service can not assist with cell phones but rather only account information and technical support. They directed me to a local store to speak with someone there. I called a store near me and was told I can only get a discount off the purchase of a new phone and not a free phone. The example he gave me was only $20 to $40 off, pretty insulting since I spend $1,440/year with them. My fix- I will cancel my account on the last day of service and will just open up a new account so I can get the free phones. Too bad they don’t care about long-time customers like myself and others.

This is the worst phone company I’ve ever been with they constantly tell lies the prices for the phones on the website are only for the people who are not with MetroPCS they charge you $15 for switching a phone that is one of your phones that you already have but then they change the price to $20 to switch to a phone you already have the customer service is atrocious they are rude they are manipulative they patronize you their attitudes😡

Nunca ví un servicio tan malo la concepción de datos es pésima hablo y hablo y no me dan una respuesta concreta y ya me cansé , me retiro de esta compañía , llevo dos meses con la señal de datos en mi casa que no puedo usar el teléfono , tienen un servicio pecimo

Metro needs to invest in customer service after the sale. Its also painfully obvious that they are instructed to not be helpful at all if you consider leaving them. Bought and brand new phone and it just cut off in the middle of a conversation. Less than 48 hours old. Metro said I would have to wait 3-5 business days for a replacement. 3 trips to metro 1 good experience (when making purchase) After payment is made service is over Boost says thank you metro!

If I could give 0 star I would! I bought an IPhone 11 ( bought it online, unlocked phone with Best Buy), and I use it with a metro PCs SIM card for a year. Then, I switched to IPhone 12. I gifted the phone to my brother that live in France. Just found out the SIM card access is locked by Metro PCs and the phone cannot be used with another carrier. I’ve been fighting for days to have them unlocked that SIM card access!!!! This is crazy because the phone is mine! I did not buy it with metro!!!!!!!
