I have been waiting since November of last year to get a refund for my last month of service that AutoPay took out even though I didn't have an account and my number had already been ported to another carrier. TMobile won't do direct deposit back, they will only mail a paper check, and even after confirming my address multiple times, I still haven't seen any check. I had an account that was well over ten years old... and I'm grateful now that I found out sooner as opposed to later that this is how TMobile is running MetroPCS now. TMobile needs to finally figure out that no matter how many companies they buy out, they're still going to lose profits if they don't treat their current customers with honesty and fairness.

611 Customer Service Sucks. Had the same plan for over 2 years, all of a sudden I get billed for a line we never had.1 1/2 hours back and forth on phone with CS, Only to be told... Oh, You're right the mistake is ours. No apology, nothing. Thier Billing and Customer Service is a Joke.

I live in Denver Colorado and I visited Maria at the Metro at 7155 W. Colfax. My boyfriend and I are starting a business and I was looking for the right cell phone with the capabilities I need to be as productive and organized as possible. Maria was not only thorough and knowledgeable, she was patient, attentive, efficient, kind, professional and I thought she was owner or some such. This woman should receive commendation for her excellence in acquiring a new customer (came from cricket) and providing superior service

The WORST service you can get. Can't even disable your voice mail. so you get ALL the telemarketers (which the company sells your personal information to) voice-mails 30 times a day. I have multiple phones. 4 of them are with this shi* company. And them 4 phones get the same text and calls and voice-mail literally 30 times a day trying to sell "Tracy" services. So "Tracy" is keyword for Metro t mobile customer. Fuk this company!! I could go on for dayssss with issues about their service.

Wish I could give no stars. I've been with metro for about 3/4 years now. I have to dial in for conference calls every so often for my businesses and everything was cool up until I could no longer join those conference calls which was about a week or 2 ago..... because all of a sudden they were not included in my plan. I called customer service which of course was no help at all as they could not tell me what changes were made to my account or even in general as to why all of a sudden these "types of calls" were no longer included in an unlimited plan. After getting the run around and being lied to about getting results from a ticket that was supposedly escalated to determine what changes occurred, we've decided to move to a different carrier where calls are truly unlimited!

Metro PCs is so bad to it’s customers after you sign up. All the great deals only go to people who switch. Once you do, that’s it...... you’re screwed when you need a new phone. Don’t even get me started on their “upgrade” prices

I've been happy with them until today. I called customer service to activate my new factory unlocked device (that didn't activate) and somehow they managed to deactivate my old phone in the process!! So I run up to the store and they charged me $22.50 to activate the new phone that's still not working... They wanted to charge me another $22.50 to reactivate my old device that THEY screwed up!!! Definitely going for a new carrier today, very unhappy!

I went to Metro by T-Mobile all I wanted was another Stylo 6 because I had broke mine and I didn't mind paying for it they talked me into getting a whole another line saying it would be cheaper I walked out of that store after I spent exactly $240 I bought a hotspot I bought a hotspot that doesn't even work I'll connect it to my phone no internet access my phone no internet access I took the phone a Moto g style back the very next day and told him I was not satisfied with this and would like to trade it in for the other free phone the Stylo 6 because I'm used to those phones and like them and the lady that sold me this phone told me it would be better I should try it I tried it I didn't like it they wouldn't trade it back they wouldn't give me any of my money back I can't get the internet this service is the worst I've ever had in my life I feel like I was robbed for $240 they sold me a service that they're not even providing stay away from them they're robbers when I called to talk to somebody on a different level they said all T-Mobile does is provide the service they don't have no control over what the stores do so when it says on the store by T-Mobile that don't mean that T-Mobile will help you with any problems T-Mobile don't care about the stores as long as you buy their service they don't care if you're robbed at their stores they do nothing about it nobody would give me my money back nobody would switch the phone out I couldn't get any help whatsoever and I called three different times and went to the store twice nobody I couldn't even get my Internet fixed they were dice it's too bad that's the way it goes that was their attitude and that was their statements terrible terrible Metro is the worst place you can ever go don't ever go there don't do it cricket boost I don't anywhere but MetroPCS don't go T-Mobile will rob you by an extension of their company MetroPCS
