My wife spent over 500.00 this week on new phone and the bill.. I fixed her phone was going to make mine.. So we try to get info switched. Even fu king CS want more money. I through the f cking phones in trash. Wife is still trying to transfer info.. I am disabled and on a fixed income and all they want is money money money i would advice all not to get MetroPCS. No heart what so ever..

Was a really good provider then they joined T-Mobil and I have not stopped having problems. Including having my phone upgraded, but there is no store in my area, the representative actually told me, "There is nothing else Metro/T-Mobil can do to help you." and I laughed and was disconnected. I am now on the fourth call because the third call promised to transfer me to a store and for me not to hang up. LOL! I was instead sent straight to the survey and gave my zero satisfaction which gave me the option to speak to another representative. After giving this person the accounts as to why I was zero satisfied, she then takes me down the same exact road. I find it odd that they actually can't hear anything you tell them and also that it would be so difficult to get an upgrade online, unless I drive over 2 plus hours away. I would NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GET THIS PROVIDER. I talked to a Shenice ID# 41848 Annika ID# 913090 and I didn't write down the other ID#s thinking I wouldn't have this much trouble.

I looked on line for the phone plan for Tuesday that was $25.00 and a free phone. I arrived at the store to find out it was a flip phone for $25.00. Eventhough, online it state a free LG phone on Tuesday. They wanted to charge me $50.00 for a phone and so many people are just liars. Its so sad that YAHWEH and all of heaven has to hear all of the sin that people do daily to attempted to scam his people. Plus all that we do is written in heaven by the Elders. We all need YAWHEW forthwith. Sick to my stomach they things people do before my Father in Heaven.

Absolute garbage service. Pay the extra $15 and get Verizon prepaid. Out of the last 4 months. I have had a solid month without any service at all. After the lady at the store looked up the two addresses im at and GUARANTEED good service there. As a business owner this is uncalled for and has cost me lots of money. When asking a store representative about some sort of service compensation, they just shrug their shoulders. Pray you never have any emergency with this company. You wont be able to make the call and probably become a news story.

Customer Service for Metro PCS is abysmal. Most of the agents hung up on me. Not helpful at all and very time consuming.

Tried to order SIM card online. Order didn't go through. Tried again. Same thing. Gave up. Soon, received email from my bank--three charges for SIM card. No confirmation email. Called CS. No help. Again and again. No help. Drove to Metro store--unhelpful and rude. Finally got CS agent who cared, she went up a level. Now at least I had verification that no actual order was placed, but I was charged 3x. So, tomorrow I have an appointment at my bank to get help/advice. Don't expect a refund. Sigh.
